Booked this place during the labor holiday. It's very convenient since it is inside the Wunuzhou Resort. There are a lot of places to eat and activities to do. The front desk personnel were helpful and the check in process was prompt. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't want about this hotel is that they don't have the elevator to go up the 3rd floor. So, if you have luggages request your room to be on the first floor. They don't have concierge service to help you bring your luggages upstairs.

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。景區也很值得遊玩，特別是打鐵花！員工們熱情服務，還有前台小姑娘鄭依婷服務很周到，很有耐心。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，令我倍感放鬆。

訂了個標間，環境很好，可能剛好五一結束沒什麼人前台小姐姐可以讓我選樓層。酒店贈送門票刷身份證可以多次入園，晚上有好看的打鐵花表演，景區內還有許多換裝店可以換裝拍照打卡，都很好看。前台小姐姐劉奕最後還贈送了周邊禮物，很熱情服務很好

婺女洲的夜景挺美的，空氣清新，表演很多，晚上的打鐵花很精彩，就是碰到了下雨，後面直接回酒店了，可惜沒有看到煙花。前台接待劉奕服務熱情，小姐姐真的很好耶～我先到的，朋友還沒到，然後小姐姐幫我催客房，然後我就進去逛逛逛了，後面有了房間第一時間通知我，晚上還會跟我説要不要水果，不得不説，真的很細心，點贊！！！下次有機會再來！！！

景區環境還是不錯的，裏面也很漂亮很美。服務也不錯，要送需要的東西還是很速度，很到位的。尤其是客服賓客關係經理卿晨，非常的親切。但是故園裡酒店客房設計還是有缺點的，首先故園裡酒店的房間都沒有電梯，三樓行李都要自己抗上去，上下樓很不方便啊。其次就是隔音效果不太好，隔壁説話，關門，洗澡，沖廁所水聲都能聽得到。希望這些都能改善吧。入住當天下午還鑽孔安裝東西，直接午睡被吵醒。

先説優點 房間蠻大的 風景確實很好 陽台可以看到婺女洲夜景 酒店包含景區門票 可以多次進出
但是 因為景區很大 住宿樓距離前台要走一段路 且不好走 更別説提着行李箱 我們入住的是519在三樓 也沒有電梯 幸好有小哥一路上幫我們搬行李（景區內都是石子路 還有木橋）走的時候打電話讓前台搬行李但是他們説前台衹有小姑娘讓我們自己搬 説實話很生氣 因為我們要趕行程所以自己搬下去了一個26寸一個24寸還有各種..太狼狽了 儘管前台確實安排了人搬行李但我們趕時間等不及了所以衹好自己動手
另外不得不提 明明房間那麼大 但是廁所竟然沒有可以放置洗浴用品和換洗衣物的東西 洗髮和沐浴液竟然是同一個？也沒有洗手液 （有潔癖的人真的忍受不了
所幸晚上的打鐵花表演非常精彩

房間很好 ，陽台很加分，能看到婺女州的夜景 ，晚上點了夜宵啤酒在陽台上 微風吹來 這個季節還有青蛙叫 真的好愜意 景區晚上的燈光超級不錯 打鐵花滿分 很震撼 前台劉奕小姐姐的服務也好好👍
