The hotel location is great. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The direct entrance to the hotel lobby is under construction so we have to cross a bridge with our luggage. But the staff come out to help us carry the luggage to cross the bridge. It helps so much. And they even borrow us umbrella once it starts raining.

This is a great hotel with great location and excellent service. This hotel really surprised us with the feeling of so homely, we will definitely come back to Atour in our next visit.

酒店地理位置十分方便，步行至南長街衹需要5分鐘路程，雖然處於鬧街，但隔音系統非常好；房間採用智能系統配合江南風裝修，這是加分的項目，前台員工亦十分友善，主動搬行李，唯一美中不足是門口正在裝修，賓客需要繞道行，對打車不太方便。

衞生：總體感覺就臟臟的，沙發太臟了，這麼明顯的污漬也不清理，不知道酒店怎麼在管理的
設施：設施老舊，房間樓層低 ，色調也讓人不舒服
環境：防盜窗鐵欄桿外面是個工地，隔音很差 外面地面鐵板走過聲音很響
服務：值班經理態度倒還可以
絕對是我住過的亞朵裏面最差的了，除了地段好些，這樣的房間酒店賣這個價格還不包早餐簡直是打劫！

地理位置挺好，離南長街和南禪寺都很近，走路可以到處逛。還有各種美食街，住的方便
酒店的前台服務態度都不錯，房間大小格局都差不錯，沒有驚艷也不會失望。

很不錯 前台服務態度非常好 外賣凌晨一點大叔也會幫忙送上來 酒店乾淨舒適 很貼心 minibar都可以免費喝 走的時候前台又送水 停車也免費 出行都是打車的 退房後車子又停了一下午。洗澡水也大。廁所乾濕分離 智能馬桶。
