The environment and decoration of this hotel is luxury. The location is so perfect. Its very near with the shopping street. The service is so great here. Especially the service of vivian butler! She helped for birthday decoration and birthday cake. It was very impressive and cute! We had the best experience from here.

超讚一次入住體驗！小柯很有禮貌，服務也很熱情，看到我們是來旅遊的，主動贈送手繪地圖告知一些遊玩的路線，並且也協調了遠眺黃鶴樓的房間入住，夜景真的特別不錯！也會幫忙推薦一些湖北菜，很周到的小柯！入住期間小孩有點不舒服，還為我們提供了體温計。房間乾淨整潔，大落地窗採光很好。酒店每天都有提供足夠的瓶裝水，冰箱的飲料零食都可以免費吃，水果也是，每天足量水果供應。酒店的地理位置真的很不錯，門口就是地鐵站，出行也是超級方便的，距離黃鶴樓江漢路曇華林長江大橋都很近，打卡很方便。並且酒店也是隨處可見的消毒紙巾，感覺很貼心。酒店衞浴品質也很高，淋浴間乾濕分離。衞生也很到位，房間乾淨整潔，入住非常滿意。退房的時候酒店工作人員還幫忙拉着行李箱一直下到地鐵口，超熱情的，服務一級棒！朋友們來武漢都可以選擇這家酒店噢！

Nos alojamos en el hotel Kailaixi en una habitación familiar con 3 camas. La habitación la limpiaban todos los días, tiene una ventana enorme y está bien insonorizada. La ubicación es excelente: pudimos disfrutar de la Torre de la Grulla Amarilla y el puente del río Yangtze desde la ventana de nuestra habitación, se tarda 5 minutos en llegar a la estación de metro. Todo es genial en el hotel, sólo un pequeño inconveniente: WiFi deficiente, especialmente por la noche. La variedad de comida para el desayuno es impresionante, aunque no hay mucha comida occidental, principalmente china. El personal del restaurante, concretamente la señora ”007”, es muy amable, nos trató amablemente y nos enseñó a usar los palillos. ¡Gracias ”007”! Hay muchas cosas gratis en el hotel: agua, bocadillos y un buen café en el lobby. En general, ¡el hotel Kailaixi nos impresionó mucho! No veo ninguna desventaja grosera y, personalmente, no veo mucha diferencia entre Kailaixi, que es un hotel de 3 estrellas, y cualquier otro hotel de 4 estrellas. ¡Creo que el hotel Kailaixi merece 4 estrellas!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.

El hotel acaba de abrir este año y las instalaciones y el ambiente son muy nuevos y limpios. La ubicación es excelente, con Wangfujing en la planta baja y la salida B de Jianghan Road de la línea 2 del metro al otro lado de Wangfujing. What a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.
