El hotel está en una ubicación excelente. El paisaje de Hankou al otro lado es hermoso, especialmente el espectáculo de luces por la noche. Puedes caminar escaleras abajo hasta el río Yangtze. El personal de servicio es muy entusiasta en la recepción, la limpieza y los restaurantes. Las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas y la ropa de cama es cómoda. El té de la tarde en el salón ejecutivo y las comidas sencillas están bien, el desayuno es rico, el estacionamiento es conveniente y es la primera opción en Wuhan.

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

Hotel looks new, room is clean, hardware is quite good, location is good,close to the walking street. One side is lake view. Breakfast is ok. But system should be improved, the staff called our rooms to ask us pay the room advance in mid-night ( we paid during check-in), one of my colleague had to wear the nightgown went down to the cashier, but the staff( a male manager and a female staff) said called wrong persons ( should be 5 Chinese persons ). The next day,our collegue was sick heavily and had to flyed back Bangkok. It gave us a bad image and experience to our business trip in China. Cashier staff should clear everything during check-in, and should not disturb guest in the night. It is basic standard. Hotel should improve.

📍The location where average not too close to the hotspot while somehow still being close in a way if that make sense 🚇It’s easy to access there is a bus stop just in front the hotel but taxi or self driving might be the best way to go . There is nothing really shocking from the outside but from the inside is another story , the staff was really nice and welcoming . About the room really it felt like those upscale hotels but half the price the breakfast was good it was a pleasant stay , they have a robot who delivered the food haven’t seen that in the Hilton 🤔

Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again. Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles.

The environment and decoration of this hotel is luxury. The location is so perfect. Its very near with the shopping street. The service is so great here. Especially the service of vivian butler! She helped for birthday decoration and birthday cake. It was very impressive and cute! We had the best experience from here.

El hotel está situado muy cerca de una estación de metro. Han anunciado el hotel como un hotel de 5 estrellas a un precio muy bajo. La parte de las 5 estrellas no era cierta. La imagen de su anuncio también era incorrecta. Yo les daría 3 estrellas. Sin embargo, el precio era muy razonable y el servicio era bueno.

Generous and polite staff. Welcoming atmosphere. For a local hotel this is for sure one of the most professional. All rooms I was in before were well maintained and very clean. Ms. Man, Ms. Huang and Ms. Bei we’re all very helpful front staff some also great English and other gentleman working at front desk were all very friendly. A place I would revisit and recommend for any trips to Wuhan.

房間裝修很新，設備齊全，整體是暖黃色的現代裝修風格，很温馨。房間裏還有雨傘這一點真的很細節。提供了充足的飲用水和優質的一次性用品。服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務非常熱情，前台大廳還有水吧可以喝茶喝咖啡。已經在這家全季住過兩次了，在隔壁的陽光也住過，個人感覺還是全季住起來更舒服。
