«I booked this hotel for my 70-year-old mother, whose flight arrived quite late, around midnight. The location was extremely convenient—it’s right inside Terminal 3, and even the airport’s wheelchair service can easily take elderly travelers directly to the hotel. The front desk also arranged for a staff member to meet my mother at the exit and help carry her two pieces of luggage. The hotel provided exceptional, customer-centered service and took great care of my mom. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding service.»

«Me quedé muchas veces en este hotel mientras viajo a Wuhan y me siento triste de decir que este servicio de hotel sólo se empeora cada vez que me quedo allí.
El hotel de 5 estrellas es el único hotel de China donde nadie le ayuda con su equipaje cuando llegue o se va.
No hay nadie que te salude, no recibe nada de la gestión, no hay frutas en tu habitación, nada realmente te acoge ahí, incluso aunque siempre tome la habitación más grande.
El desayuno (especialmente las famosas nodles Wuhan) no fue bueno en los dos primeros días, no sé qué pasó que cambió después. no coherencia no servicio nada especial en la habitación.
A partir de la próxima vez, me quedaré en uno de los hoteles de Marriot en la ciudad.»

«Viajé a Wuhan con mis dos hijos durante las vacaciones del Primero de Mayo. Elegí el hotel Sheraton, que está relativamente cerca de la estación Hankou, y elegí una habitación doble ejecutiva. «This hotel is located so conveniently for tourist. Right next to Chuhehanjie, where shopping is endless and street food is everywhere. Also very near to Wuhan Metro station, Minutes away from major tourist attraction. Hotel is right up to 5 star level when it comes to cleanliness and facilities but the same can't be said about their service. Chinese people are pretty reserved when faced with foreigners, sometimes cold downright. You won't get the enthusiasm of wanting to please you. It gets better if you speak chinese but if you don't then make sure you have a data plan that allows for Google Translate. Talking about data plan, be prepared to get a provider that has high data caps, or even unlimited. Wifi in this hotel is not foreign device friendly.
But all in all, a good stay with my family, we enjoyed Wuhan very much.»
