I chose to stay at Holiday Inn and Suites Bothell for a business trip due to convenience. That's the last time I do that. The hotel is newer, but that's all I can say for it. After checking in, I went upstairs to my room and while settling in, I heard this loud, rumbling noise that sounded like a freight train going through my room. When I called downstairs to ask what the noise was, the front desk clerk told me it's because one of the washing machines has a bearing loose. So it has a bearing loose, shakes my entire room and you don't bother to tell me about it when I check in thinking I won't notice it? When I ask if this will be going on all night, she says, that they usually stop the wash about 7-7:30. Since I had to leave, I wasn't in the mood to have to negotiate a room change so I left and came back later. I slept fine enough - the bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a weird configuration - there is a good amount of space, they just didn't make the best of use of it with the showing and toilet being squeezed on one side and the sink on the other. I also saw bugs in the bathroom which was not pleasant. I think the final straw was calling down to see if there was coffee in the lobby and being informed by the front desk clerk you have to buy the $18 breakfast to get coffee or use the coffee in your room. My colleague walked to a nearby coffee stand, I opted for the Chevron down the street. I don't know why the Manager thinks it is acceptable to put people in a room that sounds like a freight train is running through it or setting up a coffee stand where you can get a coffee for a few bucks, but everything stems from management down - so Holiday Inn and Suites - you can do better and you lost this customer.

My colleague walked to a nearby coffee stand, I opted for the Chevron down the street. I don't know why the Manager thinks it is acceptable to put people in a room that sounds like a freight train is running through it or setting up a coffee stand where you can get a coffee for a few bucks, but everything stems from management down - so Holiday Inn and Suites - you can do better and you lost this customer.

Este hotel fue un excelente precio! Estacionamiento gratuito y desayuno y nos sorprendió lo agradable que era la ubicación. Hay un QFC y Chick Fil A junto a él y fácil de caminar a ambos. Fuimos a los preciosos restaurantes a pocos pasos. En un hotel de 3 estrellas, el hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones y una gran variedad de habitaciones. El desayuno fue presentado lo más seguro posible para Covid, mascaras y sanitador se proveyó y se alentó. El hotel estaba bien presentado y nuestra habitación, una suite tenía una microondas, un refrigerador y un sofá que eran útiles. El personal era amigable y muy útil. Está en una zona tranquila, no por una carretera ocupada como la mayoría. Le recomiendo este hotel. También hay una piscina interior.

I chose to stay at Holiday Inn and Suites Bothell for a business trip due to convenience. That's the last time I do that. The hotel is newer, but that's all I can say for it. After checking in, I went upstairs to my room and while settling in, I heard this loud, rumbling noise that sounded like a freight train going through my room. When I called downstairs to ask what the noise was, the front desk clerk told me it's because one of the washing machines has a bearing loose. So it has a bearing loose, shakes my entire room and you don't bother to tell me about it when I check in thinking I won't notice it? When I ask if this will be going on all night, she says, that they usually stop the wash about 7-7:30. Since I had to leave, I wasn't in the mood to have to negotiate a room change so I left and came back later. I slept fine enough - the bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a weird configuration - there is a good amount of space, they just didn't make the best of use of it with the showing and toilet being squeezed on one side and the sink on the other. I also saw bugs in the bathroom which was not pleasant. I think the final straw was calling down to see if there was coffee in the lobby and being informed by the front desk clerk you have to buy the $18 breakfast to get coffee or use the coffee in your room. My colleague walked to a nearby coffee stand, I opted for the Chevron down the street. I don't know why the Manager thinks it is acceptable to put people in a room that sounds like a freight train is running through it or setting up a coffee stand where you can get a coffee for a few bucks, but everything stems from management down - so Holiday Inn and Suites - you can do better and you lost this customer.
