Check In was significantly delayed and impacted how early we arrived to the Met Life concert. We had to literally get ready in the lobby and lobby bathroom!

Overall this place gets my 5stars, but went out for few hours came back and parking was ridiculous had to park away from the hotel, we was told to park in the Wendys parking area.

The staff was very rude and I want to say displayed instances of being ******. The made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was a instance where our kids used the pool the night before and it reported to the morning crew that these 13yr old (4 of them) had a big party in the pool area. I went down the next morning to use the pool and it was being fumigated (according to the staff member she as told by the night crew that the kids had a huge party in the pool and there as hair strands and hair gel and a bunch of other debris in the pool) mind you these kids are BLACK with crew cuts. So he came we were unable to use the pool the following day. Prior to all of this I would’ve returned for a visit but the consensus would be a hard NO. I would not return.

Ok hotel in the american dream area. No connecting rooms, ok breakfast, good sized room, noisy at night due to a nightclub at the roof. Easy parking. Friendly staff.
