We had to make several visits to the main office to get our parking pass due to limited guest services hours. We also had very noisy work going on in the accommodation above ours that lasted hours with no notice.

Easy check in and out ! Pool was fun for the kids ! Only dislike would be having to park our second vehicle in overflow parking

Units need to be updated. We came when Colonies was first built. They have same decor and furniture. Units were not the cleanest.

Our 2 bedroom is very nice. My daughter's last 3 apar**ents in Pittsburgh weren't this big. The bed is very comfortable and it is very quiet here, but we are in off-season. We haven't used any of the amenities but did walk by the indoor and outdoor pools. They look very nice

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade. We went back to the desk and went to the next assigned room. The beds had NO linens. Finally, the third room was adequate. The desk staff was polite and apologetic, but this was very inconvenient. They offered an additional night at no charge but we could not stay longer than we had scheduled.

This property was well maintained. However, there were some "dated" decor and older carpet in the hallway going to the unit, but the office area and pool were really nice. We would stay here again if in the area.

Staff HORRIBLE and Rooms are DIRTY... We been staying at the Colonies for 10 years and this place is HORRIBLE.... I would rather stay at Greensprings

This was our first time staying here, we usually stay at Vacation Village but wanted to try something new. The room was clean, roomy and comfy. Enjoyed the table and the chairs on the balcony and even the fireplace since it was cooler. On that note, we didn't check out out the pool. haha Our only dislike was only being able to park one car at the unit and the other at the overflow. But that won't discourage us to stay there again.

Unit was clean, desk staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best resorts that we have stayed that was clean private and friendly staff.
