My spouse and I had a great stay at the Best Western Palm Garden Inn. We loved the friendly staff and the free breakfast. It was crowded but but not too bad. The location really was ideal for us given that we were attending an expo at the Anaheim convention near by. The rates were fantastic and our room was so spacious. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

One of the bed sheets had stains on it i lysol the beds and took the sheet off it was too late to change rooms. We checked in late. Breakfast was good its free. Room smelled old and it was humid in room.

Front desk and staff was very nice and professional. Some touch ups and exhaust fan wasn’t working but their room was cleanliness was good. Breakfast was good enough to hold us over in mornings.

El hotel está muy cómodo en lo general, habitaciones amplias, servicio amable y limpieza optima. El desayuno tomarlo como es, solo para algo rápido, huevo, tocino, cereal y waffles, con cafe y jugo, en general bien. La ubicación también es buena con accesos faciles y cerca a Freeways y a 15 min aprox de Disneyland Anaheim

El hotel cumplio mucho con mis espectativas, calidad vs. Precio y cercanía a mi visita. La zona bastante tranquila y cerca de lugares de comida y Wal-Mart. Lo unico que mejoraria seria la variedad de platillos en el desayuno y la calidad de los insumos del desayuno. El tocino estaba muy salado y los huevos con mucha pimienta.

Location of the property very closed to Little Saigon. What I didn't like is the room should be upgraded so it would look cleaner.

So dirty in the room look like they didn’t clean up n change sheet , I found some long hair still in sheet and dirt ! Bathroom so messy n faucet broken piece but still work n tissue have alots eye lash in above box tissue I walk down then told staff he have me change it bc we get there too late n tired don’t want complain ! This is the first time I post anyway never book again this location !

It is what it is, you get to be right in the middle of Wes**inster but kinda aged hotel. Not bad but if you dont mind the drive you can stay at a resort in Anaheim.

I’m not sure why this MOTEL has so many good reviews because it’s nasty! First of all it’s advertised as a hotel, it’s definitely a motel. Room was very dirty and old. Lampshade full of dust, spider webs in corners of floor, baseboards full of dust and dirt. The beds are HORRIBLE! The hardest firmest mattress I’ve ever slept on! We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping didn’t come in once! Even when I requested it, they never showed up. I asked them to at least come empty our garbage’s and give us clean towels but no one ever did. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
