This hotel is one of the best honestly good service and cleanliness.

The internet is terrible carpets are full of stains front desk made me wait for an hr to check in not going back

maybe get your TV's to work. 2 of us with seperate rooms had TV that did not have volume. for the price, we will not be back and since we race in the city almost across the street, we will let others know to go elsewhere as well.

It was okay, room is nice, but a cup full of cigarette butts right outside our balcony door.

I stayed at this motel over Thanksgiving. The check in process was quick and easy. The price was affordable. The parking situation is not good. Very steep hills and a long walk to the room. The room had stains on the floor and my pillow had brown marks on it. There was hair in the sink. The room was not cleaned or serviced the entire day Thursday. I returned at approx. 9 pm and called the front desk. No one answered. I called again, no answer. I called a third time and finally got a response. The gentleman said he was not good at cleaning rooms but could bring us some towels. I also found a dead bug in the coffee maker. The second day the room was cleaned but the bed was not made and a dirty sheet was left on the floor.

We stayed for one night and didn’t try using the shower until morning when we found that the shower handle turned uselessly on the stub. No water! No refund and no shower before Thanksgiving dinner!

Nice facility and location. A bit to close to a busy road so you’ll want a room in the back. The bed was pretty hard and didn’t suit the wife. Could have used an extra blanket but was able to adjust the heat to compensate. Overall I would stay again but ask for a room in the lower back portion of property. The hot tub was warm but not hot and lacked bubbles.

Nicole was fabulous! Helped with everything. Answered every question. Is extremely knowledgeable and patient.I give her 5 Stars, and, if I could, a big raise.

I loved that it was clean, quiet, beautiful grounds...the staff was very friendly....we'll definitely come back
