In town for an event for my athlete. I wanted to get her good at their bistro, I was walked by multiple times by an oblivious employee who didn’t bother to recognize new customers. Sign says seat yourself. I also walked to the bar for attention, completely ignored like they overwhelmed with their meager bar. I knew it was time to leave as we would never get good. Called once we arrived to the room report our air was not cooling. The service agent gave suggestions to get it working again, saying they were very full today. I did make attempts. We left for a meal. Returned to air still not working. I called again and they verified I called prior and then said they would send someone up. I waited two hours and no one came. I was unable to leave my room because I was waiting. At this point I had lost my faith in them. I continued to play spurn with the air myself and got it to finally turn the fan on and cooling around 11:45. It’s florida, pretty disappointed with my stay. I mentioned it at checkout, and was given condolences by a friendly gentleman however no offer of credit or how to make my stay any better. Would not return for future athlete events in the area.
