Shore Point Cottages

The cottage was a perfect fit for our short stay on the Eastern Shore. The one drawback is that there is no oven. This was a surprise because the property description stated "full kitchen." Nonetheless, the cottage was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were conventionally located to great restaurant choices, shopping, and attractions.

10/10 would recommend! I booked this trip as a valentines getaway for my girlfriend and I. We have vacationed to ocean city every year of my life (I’m 25) but I’ve never went during the off season and figured Valentine’s Day was the perfect opportunity as one of our favorite aspects of OC is the amazing restaurants. My girlfriend and I are rather introverted as a couple so we loved the aspect of not dealing with a front desk or property management but never the less anytime we needed help or had a question the number we called always supplied great assistance (even when we called at 11 pm on the night of our arrival cause my GPS took me to the wrong place). The property itself was awesome and just what we expected. The cottages were clean and comfy with two TVs, a large bathroom, a full sized fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The split-unit AC system turned out to be awesome once we figured out how to operate them lol. One of my favorite aspects of the property was that each cottage had its own designated parking directly beside it which made coming and going a breeze. The screened in porches, the patio behind each cottage with a personal fire place, and the views of the community pond were a pleasant surprise. The entire area of the property reminded me of the private mobile home communities throughout ocean city. Plus the location was amazing, anything you could want within a 5-10 minute drive. Perfect place to bring the dogs as there is ample room to go for walks!

Bed were so uncomfortable. My back and neck hurt so bad we had to leave early. Husband fixed the bathroom sink so water would come out. Dust on all surfaces. Cook top dirty. Sofa was also uncomfortable. No where to put your cloths. The couple of drawers they gave you were full of blankets for the sofa bed. Thin walls. Can hear people talking. People leaving their dogs to bark all day. The bunk bed is a hazard.

Coffee pot was broke (glass) still kinda useable.. I need my coffee so we made it work!! No stove so limited on making food. No Bowls!! Means no cereal! My goodness. No lamps so you basically sit in the dark or turn on the parking lot lights.

Brand new cute little cottages. Safe and clean. Comfortable with well thought through design. Nice outdoor spaces, access to pool during summer. Close to both Assateague and Ocean City, and not far from shopping.

This little cottage was so cute and had everything we needed. I loved it! The location was convenient to different areas of interest. I wanted to take it home and make it my luxury she shed!!

The property was great but I was emailed that pets were not allowed so I left my emotional support dog at a sitter which was an additional expense, to get there and find everyone had dogs on the property made me even more depressed about not having my dog with me.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire place was very clean, well maintained, everyone very nice. The owner and staff was on the property everyday. They were very accommodating with us and our placement of cottages as requested due to having a special needs child. We would definitely book here again. The cottages are not far from everything at all. It’s far enough away to have quiet but close enough to enjoy everything around.
