Very good location. Close to the train station. Nice staff. Hundreds of shops and restaurants around.

Really great find and will stay again. Right next to Liverpool Central for visits to New Brighton whilst also right near the theatre and shops for the city. Didn't bother with breakfast as so many places around. Helpful staff and no noise at night despite being near bars. Great stay.

What a wonderful hotel right in the center making it very easy to go shopping or even catch a train the room was spotles and the hotel staff could not do enough for us. I will be stopping here again as I enjoyed it so much.

First impression wasn’t good due to the building renovation, the main entrance was hard to find and you will definitely miss it coz the indication wasn’t enough. However, the room is good and today and fully equipped. The sound proofing is also great. You can cook there and the space quite big enough for 2 ppl. Most importantly, it’s a pet-friendly hotel, my furry kid hit her welcome gift when check-in. Would definitely choose this hotel again after the renovation completed coz this is my only concern.

The room was lovely, very clean and had loads of equipment. However the entrance was not ideal as construction was being done and was a bit difficult to find the entrance

I stayed in a suite which was well kept and clean. Central location and decent views. Water temperature was a bit finick-y but good experience overall. Would opt for this place due to its great location.
