This is a hotel in a category of its own. Once inside you are in the realm of superlatives. It was very hard to find a mistake anywhere. Impeccable food at all eating spots, incredible friendly service and efficiency only Germans can present. How can it’s management keep this huge resort so spotless is mind boggling. Leaves me speechless.

The word I would use is exceptional totally personal service to fit your need ,nothing is too much trouble the location and hotel is first class kept in pristine condition .food is amazing .if you like privacy you can book a personal cinema or picnic or long walk in the grounds spa is top quality

We spent one week at the Grand Village Resort Weissenhaus. It was the most perfect vacation which we have ever experienced. The quality and equipment of the rooms and villas is outstanding; the F&B offerings are remarkable; the whole grounds are just breath-taking. But the best is the staff: on the one side, perfect in their service-orientation; on the other side, very charming and natural. A combination which is very difficult to find anywhere else. It is this combination which made our stay an experience which we will never forget. Again: A big "Thank you" to all the "Weissenhaeussler" who allowed us to spend one remarkable week.

I stayed 3 nights at the Weissenhaus Resort and it was everything I expected: beautiful grounds, lovely staff, charming European flair. The terrace room was large and cozy: I had a separate lounge with TV and stylish armchairs and a room with a very comfortable mattress. I loved my private garden with sun beds. The perfect place to relax. I had dinner at Boothaus: the food was very good and the service was efficient and very professional. And what a view, especially at sunset ! I had dinner another time at the sushi bar: very tasty and creative makis eaten al fresco.. I even got to see a deer coming out of the woods whilst dining. Breakfast was served in a separate house: high quality products. I loved the fresh fruit display, the smoothies, the salmon and cheeses.. and of course the bread. And you could order eggs, pancakes, avocado toast at your convenience. Thank you to the staff who attended to all my needs. I felt pampered. The only default I found was the quality of wifi.. it should be improved in some parts of the resort.

Hier ist alles stimmig. Unterkunft, Restaurants, Wellnessbereich und vor allem auch die Gästestruktur. 10 Tage Aufenthalt bei teilweiser Vollbelegung (3 Tage Jubiläumswochenende) verliefen wie im Fluge. Selbstdarstellung auf der Homepage entspricht der Realität und kann diese doch nur teilweise wiedergeben. Wunderschöne, weitläufige Anlage, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und extrem freundliche, motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter einschliesslich Gärtner- und Handwerkerteam. SPA Bereich mit reichlich Platz und meist wenig Betrieb. Restaurant Courtier "grosses Kino", immer wieder toll. Auch die Asiabar im Schlosskeller überzeugt mit einem interessanten Angebot. Bootshaus sehr schön bei Sonnenuntergang. Unangenehm hier die Hundedichte mit Dackel auf Tellerhöhe (so beobachtet), das Team mag oder darf hier wohl nicht einschreiten. Wunsch nach Tisch weit weg von Hundebesitzern wird aber erfüllt; in Innenräumen von Restaurants sollten Hunde nicht zugelassen werden, in vielen Ländern ist dies so! Trotz allem ist das Bootshaus insbesondere bei schönem Wetter die ideale Location für einen "Absackerdrink" am späteren Abend. Mitgäste im Resort zurückhaltend, ruhig und freundlich, niemand muss anderen etwas beweisen.

Auf Empfehlung haben wir dieses Ressort besucht. Wir haben bereits einige gute Häuser erlebt, doch dieses Ressort ist/hat etwas Besonderes. Es als „Primus inter Pares“ zu bezeichnen, ist keine Übertreibung. Das nicht nur auf Grund seiner reinen Größe und deren Ausgestaltung sondern auch durch die Liebe zu den Ausstattungs-Details. Diese zeigen sich u.a. für die Frühaufsteher. Die Illumination der Anlage bietet für Fotografen jede Menge Motive. Insbesondere beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Es ist schon faszinierend, mit welcher Hingabe die Zufriedenheit des Gastes hier gelebt wird. Als Unterkunft hatten wir die Meierei gebucht. Klein und fein, etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch sehr ruhig und durch den Shuttleservice trotzdem mitten drin. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr reichhaltig und wird nur noch durch den Service getopt. Zu den oben angesprochen Austattungs- Details, gehörten für meine Frau u.a. der sehr großzügige Spa-Bereich und für mich als passionierten Zigarren Raucher die SmokerLounge. Es gibt nicht viele gute Häuser, die da mithalten können. Es hat uns gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Den Mitarbeitern auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön.

Unser Aufenthalt im Weissenhaus Resort Grand Village war wie gewohnt schlichtweg zauberhaft. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie in einer anderen Welt – eine Welt, in der Luxus, Natur und Gastfreundschaft harmonisch verschmelzen. Der Service war wie gewohnt ausgezeichnet und die Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams war wirklich bemerkenswert. Die herzliche Begrüßung durch das Personal ließ uns sofort den Alltag vergessen. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum: liebevoll gestaltet, mit modernem Komfort und einem Hauch von Geschichte. Die Willkommenspakete verrieten, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Das Restaurant Bootshaus unter der Leitung von Küchenchef Christopher und seinem Team verwöhnt die Sinne mit köstlichen Speisen und einem atemberaubenden Ambiente. Die frischen Aromen der Ostsee spiegelten sich in den köstlichen Gerichten wider. Das Frühstück war ein Fest für die Sinne – von knusprigen Brötchen bis zu frischen Früchten. Seit unserer Hochzeit vor 6 Jahren kehren wir jedes Jahr zum Jahrestag ins Weissenhaus zurück, und es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie eine besondere Reise in die Vergangenheit an. Der Spa-Bereich war ebenfalls hervorragend und bot uns die perfekte Gelegenheit, uns zu entspannen und zu verwöhnen. Wir verlassen das Weissenhaus mit wunderbaren Erinnerungen und der Vorfreude auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Hier finden Seele und Sinne ihre Ruhe – und wir kommen wie gewohnt wieder.

Weissenhaus ist so ein besonderer Ort, der einen wirklich entspannen und runterkommen lässt. Das ausgiebige und köstliche Frühstück war ein perfekter Start in den Tag und auch den abwechslungsreichen Spa Bereich habe ich besonders genoßen. Das Personal war wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und hat den Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gemacht.
