Nos encantaban los productos de baño, pero no había loción en la habitación y tuvimos que pedir más toallas. El desayuno era muy pequeño. huevos, salsa y patatas para comida caliente y básicamente cereales y danés para opciones frías. era adecuado, pero nada especial en comparación con otros. Una de las razones que reservamos aquí fue que la tarifa de estacionamiento fue mucho más barata que otros hoteles. El coche en el centro de la ciudad fue 15-20 minutos. Estaríamos aquí otra vez cuando en Boston.

I stayed at this place from the 4th to the 6th of May, and booked through Expedia. During the night, I experienced a lot of shouting and banging on my door from 10 PM to 5-6 AM, as well as my door getting opened while I was sleeping. This was largely due to two other guests, and I appreciated the help of the receptionist during this time (although it was extremely delayed). Bear in mind that all I have done during this time is study for my finals. I have multiple witnesses on call throughout this time to attest that this occurred, and that I have done nothing but study and eat my Dominos pizza and groceries throughout the duration of this stay. Despite this, I remained scared and unable to sleep throughout the night. In the morning, I was promised two things - a 10% discount for the disturbances and my deposit back within a few days. I got it written in writing by the receptionist in the morning that I would get my 10% discount because I was scared that the hotel would not uphold this. I didn’t get my 10% discount, but Expedia compensated me for the trouble. I appreciate Expedia for this, but it was extremely wrong from the hotel’s part. However, what I am even more angry about is that the hotel refuses to return my deposit. I have emailed them, called them three times, and emailed through Expedia as well. I have been assured on call multiple times that I will get my deposit back within two to three days, but they have not returned my email, and my deposit has not been returned. It is May 17, 11 days since my departure from the hotel, and they are now claiming that I smoked in the room when I have never smoked in my life, nor was there anyone else in the room with me. I don't mind that they didn't return my discount, nor that they didn't respond to the disruption for many hours. However, I am genuinely insulted and extremely angry that they have claimed something that has never occured in order to steal money from me. photo evidence can be provided if necessary, of my booking and stay.

No pude llegar hasta las 1700 horas de la tarde, recogí a mi esposa del aeropuerto y decidimos que la inspeccione en el hotel en el camino al hospital por la carretera. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel dispone de un parking gratuito que se acompaña al hotel y que se encuentra al lado de la entrada delantera. El parking tiene parkings más desfavorecidos disponibles y también parking regular. Las zonas no son buenas para camiones grandes o RV. La entrada estaba en el hotel, y yo estacioné y fuimos al hotel. El trabajador dijo ”Dame tu identificación”. Mi esposa estaba allí a mi lado y me pregunté si había alguien más allí que habíamos caído en frente o cortado en línea. No había nadie más allá de nosotros. Mi esposa dijo lo que dijo? ¿Es este el cheque en el escritorio? He comentado que este es el cheque en la ventana, ¿no? ¿Qué pasó con el sonrisa, buena tarde, bienvenida a Sheraton, o simplemente hola. I have been assured on call multiple times that I will get my deposit back within two to three days, but they have not returned my email, and my deposit has not been returned. It is May 17, 11 days since my departure from the hotel, and they are now claiming that I smoked in the room when I have never smoked in my life, nor was there anyone else in the room with me. I don't mind that they didn't return my discount, nor that they didn't respond to the disruption for many hours. However, I am genuinely insulted and extremely angry that they have claimed something that has never occured in order to steal money from me. photo evidence can be provided if necessary, of my booking and stay.

Estaba aquí el fin de semana de trabajo con mi familia para un viaje al parque Fenway para un juego de sox rojo. Llegó tarde a la noche y fue muchas vueltas para salir de la autopista. Una de las razones que reservamos aquí fue que la tarifa de estacionamiento fue mucho más barata que otros hoteles. El coche en el centro de la ciudad fue 15-20 minutos. Estaríamos aquí otra vez cuando en Boston.

I stayed at this place from the 4th to the 6th of May, and booked through Expedia. During the night, I experienced a lot of shouting and banging on my door from 10 PM to 5-6 AM, as well as my door getting opened while I was sleeping. This was largely due to two other guests, and I appreciated the help of the receptionist during this time (although it was extremely delayed). Bear in mind that all I have done during this time is study for my finals. I have multiple witnesses on call throughout this time to attest that this occurred, and that I have done nothing but study and eat my Dominos pizza and groceries throughout the duration of this stay. Despite this, I remained scared and unable to sleep throughout the night. In the morning, I was promised two things - a 10% discount for the disturbances and my deposit back within a few days. I got it written in writing by the receptionist in the morning that I would get my 10% discount because I was scared that the hotel would not uphold this.
