Nicely located hotel, walkable distance to the infamous Wanaka Tree. Toilet seem to be needing a little maintenance, other than this everything is great !

We came inside the hottest room we have been into, and It took us 2 hours to cool the room with 2 fans and with all the windows open....

這個酒店地理位置優越，離孤獨之樹步行不到10分鐘，方便在不同時間拍照。房間都是兩三層的木結構房子，望湖而建，景觀優美。酒店前面有草坡，特別的英式復古。前台小姐姐特別親切友善，停車也十分方便。房間陽台門有點不太順，難以開合。淋浴和浴缸共用，但沒有手持式花灑，洗手間也沒抽風裝備，總體瑕不掩瑜，性價比很高。

這個酒店環境好，房間也不錯，唯一吐槽的是限制使用熱水，當天温度3°，小孩洗澡後，輪到我塗完護髮素後沒熱水，緊急聯繫説這個酒店，是環保酒店，熱水限量，讓我等20分鐘後恢復，可是，冰冷中等待了60分鐘仍未有熱水！生氣得向攜程投訴，客服非常耐心安撫（表揚攜程客服），最後協商結果是，在冰天雪地下，無奈包着頭髮，穿着羽絨服，走了兩棟樓去了另外一個房間安排了洗澡！
其實酒店環保不是問題，關鍵是你在入住的時候，至少要跟客人説一聲，限制20分鐘熱水也好，限制多少用多少量也好，我沒想到2000元左右的酒店是不夠一家三口洗澡的……這是我在攜程這麼多年以來的第一次住宿被氣哭的，沒有下次！
對了，入住時，有個小細節，我在排隊，前台先安排了後面的外國人先辦理，我質問為何不按順序，前台説以為我不是在排隊，無語……

領取房間鑰匙的時候，告訴我們幫我們免費升級了房間，我們很高興，看到房間的時候也很意外，這麼大的房間，還有這麼多床，有一個門通向兩個房間（我們當時不知道這個門酒店應該把它關閉上），當我們晚上8點多再次回到酒店時，另一個房間還是對我們開放的狀態，9點多孩子就在那個房間洗澡準備入睡，這個時候酒店的服務人員敲門，説我們用了那個房間，需要付費300紐幣，因為當時已經比較晚了，我們準備休息了，並且我們的英文溝通能力有限，所以打算第二天早上再去溝通，第二天與酒店經理溝通，她還是強行扣除了我們一間房的費用，我覺得這一點非常**，她們所謂的升級，把另一件房門打開，讓我們誤認為這是一個套間，並且強行從信用卡扣費這是非常**的。

非常差的一次體驗，不建議選這家酒店 。訂的是Lakeview，但是給的是最偏的套房間。酒店設施也非常陳舊。
