Si tienes transporte no es mala opción para quedarte antes/después de visitar Petra. El hotel no está mal (estándar de Jordania, en España sería un aprobado raspón). Las habitaciones son amplias, el personal atento y el desayuno y cena rico y muy abundante. Además tiene servicio de spa+jacuzzi+masaje por 25JOD por persona En resumen: si vas en coche muy buena opción para quedarte en Petra

Magnifico hotel muy bien situado y con todos los servicios, habitaciones muy cómodas y el bufet variado y con buena calidad en la comida. Ofrecen servicio de baños turcos y visitas nocturnas a Petra. El personal es atento y profesional y dispuesto e resolver cualquier problema

Personal agradable, hotel limpio, céntrico, aunque la mezquita esta cerca y se oyen todos los llamamientos a rezo. Comida bien, y la atención del personal muy buena. El baño esta para reformar, a bañera tenia pintura para tapar los fallos.

Hotel muy descuidado, las sábanas sucias el baño viejo y con lamparones,la piscina y el mal llamado jacuzzi faltos de mantenimientocon .Una pésima atención por .parte del personal.La comida escasa de mala calidad y nada variada.Las bebidas carisimasNada recomendable.El peor hotel de Jordania

Boyfriend and I stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour to visit Petra. We were a group of six, including our guide, and we were literally the only people staying in this hotel. The outside and the lobby look nice but the room was not. The furniture was old, the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub and sheets were stained. The sheets on the bed were so old that they were pilled and very uncomfortable to sleep on. No way we would use the pool and Turkish bath, the water and area looked dirty. On our second day, a truck came and drained out the pool. The only reasons I am giving this review three stars are, the staff were nice, and the group dinner at the hotel our second night was really good! Tons of food and it was delicious!

Appearances can be deceptive which is so true of this hotel. We were part of a group of 8 and, us being the only people in this hotel should’ve been a sign to leave immediately. If you want to try the worst coffee ever, try it here. Rooms are tiny so, as a couple nowhere to put our bags. The hotel is dirty. The Turkish bath area even more so If you are, like us, part of a group, my advice is to check into and pay separately for a different hotel Only positive is its location.

The hotel was comfortable and clean for the most part. The staff was very friendly. The food was good, there is a buffet for breakfast and dinner. We did the Turkish spa with scrub and massage. I don’t recommend it for many reasons. It was a very strange experience.

Bad hotel. Bathroom not clean, hairs in it. Visit whit dutch touroperator effeweg. Bad dinner, no service. Breakfast poor. Oranjuce not drinkable. Reception personal brutal. No cards acceptance. Furniture garden damaged

On arrival we've went to the room to freshen up.Noted that the water was coming from both the shower head and the tap..the stopper that was supposed to stop the water coming from the tap..didn't work. Reported to front desk they advised they would look at it.. nothing was done so our showers were interesting as the water pressure kept changing. The sheets didn't fit on the bed properly, they would come off every night and would be in a huge mess. Arrived back to the hotel around 330pm after walking around Perta all day looking forward to a shower to find out room hasn't been serviced so no fresh towels or linen. Also there was a sign at the front door saying we couldn't bring in items sick as drinks and snacks or there would be a service charge for having these items in your room. At checkout, we were informed it would be cash only to check out. Ummm not happy...a few others got caught out by this as well
