Buen día. Quería dejar un comentario. Muy preocupado al elegir un hotel y el precio de la habitación de semi-luxo a 6000 en dos días confundido. No sé cómo se salió la chica en alguna comentario en el tercer día 17,000. El hotel es limpio, limpio en este sentido todo lo que me gusta. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, los vecinos no se oyen. El único menos el piombo, el fondo roto en la ducha que estaba fluyendo, pero no nos estreñó realmente. Sólo nos quedamos dormidos. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Acerca del desayuno ... Los niños que escriben en las opiniones que tiene poco, probablemente se usan para comer en hoteles turcos donde las mesas de desayuno están rotas. Tengo un marido y un hijo comiendo un piolo de cache (para tres especies), un pedazo de omleta, un sandwich con hambre y cucurbitá y un pedazo de galleta. Puedes beber al menos 10 vasos de café. En general todo fue agradable. Gracias por tu atención.

С целью быстро заехать и переночевать, отель справляется на ура, если не обращать внимания на детали. Что такое сервис и гостеприимство, в этом месте не знают. Номер, категории люкс, с не работающей лампой, мигающим светом в ванной и сломанной душевой кабиной (треснут поддон и отваливаются двери). Кулер с водой на этаже, в котором нет воды (ни на этаже размещения, ни на ресепшене, подошли на бар, в ответ - тут только из под крана). Кровать размера king-size странно заправлена двумя наволочками, предназначенными для одноместного спального места. Одеяло заботливо свернуто и помещено в полку письменного стола. «Собери сам», видимо, концепция такая). Сам номер чистый, с окнами во двор, не шумно и достаточно уединенно, несмотря на полную загрузку. Завтраки, честно, просто позорные, есть тут нечего, абсолютно, разве что отсыревшее печенье к кофе. Предлагается каша или омлет с бутербродом, простите, но ни то, ни то, есть невозможно. Это просто некачественно и не вкусно. Омлет разваливается, из него вытекает непонятная жидкость и в дополнение, шкурка от помидора внутри. В период завтрака действует система самообслуживания, так что заказанный «кулинарный изыск» вы будете нести себе сами, когда «улыбчивый сотрудник» крикнет «забирайте» и вручит поднос. От общения с сотрудниками отеля остались двойственные впечатления. Особых претензий нет, просто хотелось бы видеть более благоприятное отношение. Никто не просит вечно ходить на позитиве, но работа в сфере гостеприимства предполагает дружелюбное отношение к своим гостям, как минимум. Единственный человек, которому хочется сказать спасибо - администратор Ирина, после общения с ней впечатление немного улучшилось! Доброжелательная, встретила с улыбкой, помогла и пожелала хорошего дня. Действительно приятно было общаться с ней. Это был второй опыт посещения отеля сети «Мартон», но не могу сказать что он, как и первый, получился удачным, больше не вернемся. Причем, и в первом, и во втором случае недочеты совпадают, хотя отели располагаются в разных городах.

My preferable place of stay in Volgograd was Hilton Garden Inn. When I planned my business trip to Volgograd this time on 11-Apr-2023, my choice was the same despite my business partners asked to choose another hotel to stay. On arrival to the hotel, we could not check-in for one hour - appr. 11:30 till 12:30. Due to this delay we missed important customer meeting. Receptionist endlessly told us they it was because of IT issues and they can’t do anything. We asked receptionists to talk to manager to give us a room to change clothes. But manager, as we’ve been told, refused. So, we were unacceptably late in our customer’s office. Choice of food at breakfast was limited. Impression was that staff was not happy to do their job. Were slowly and not polite. Both my colleagues noted the same. After breakfast, at 8:30 internal construction works started inside the hotel breaching Russian law that prohibits loud works before 9 AM. It was so early and noisy, that I could not suffer and started to call reception. Reception phone didn’t answer. I had to come down. Receptionist, her name was Lada, told that she was busy and could not pick up the phone. Hotel manager was not in the hotel yet and, but had to come at 9 AM, also Lada was sorry that she can do nothing about works ongoing. From 9:00 till 9:15 I was asking Lada to ask Manager to come to reception. Finally Lada gave up and went to call Manager. Manager’s name was Svetlana Kareva. I explained her all the issues happened in Hotel,… but manager Svetlana started to argue that noise is OK etc.. Trough the last years being there I noted that quality of service in that particularly hotel was deteriorating to the level unexpectable for Hilton brand name. Talking to another guest while waiting for Receptionist’s manager, he also commented that service quality of Volgograd Hilton Garden Inn is not like other Garden Inns in Russia. he said that this hotel is “special” in terms of service quality. For many years Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Russia were one of the best chain hotels. I wrote couple reviews in past been inspired by attention that Hilton staff always showed up. I don’t want to believe that this kind of service will spread across Russia. Definitely, I will never ever consider Volgograd Hilton Garden Inn as a place to stay in Volgograd.

¡La ubicación es la más conveniente! El hotel ”Inturist” está a un kilómetro cero - es el centro más de la ciudad. Para todas las vistas se puede caminar. Para Mamayev Kurgan varios paradas en el tranvía de alta velocidad. El servicio es excelente. Las habitaciones son limpias diariamente, todos los suministros de jabón están llenos. El hotel es un hotel con un gran número de negocios, un parquet de piso, un techo alto, puertas de árbol natural. En general, el clásico Stalin ampir! El hotel es tranquilo, las paredes son espesas, así que no se oye ningún ruido de la calle ni los vecinos. El restaurante es hermoso. Teníamos desayuno (satisfactorio, todo es muy delicioso). Almuerzo / cena a petición (selección de menú). El precio es muy agradable. Para dos peces, patatas, salada vegetal con aceite de oliva - 1300 rublos. Preparado delicioso y rápido. Atención al personal. En la receta se resuelven rápidamente todos los problemas. Puedes pedir una visita a la ciudad durante 3.5 horas (camino - 3800, coche 5800). Si reservas en el sitio web oficial, puedes obtener un descuento del 20% + ofrecer bonificaciones agradables (tenemos una entrada 10-hour en lugar de la 14 horas estándar y la salida tardía - en lugar de 12 horas, nos dejamos a 15 horas). La habitación es muy confortable, la habitación es muy caliente. El hotel recomienda y ponga 5 puntos.El costo de viaje desde/a el aeropuerto 370 rublos a través de Yandex taxi (Oct. 2021)
