My wife and I stayed at this lovely accommodation for 2 nights in mid-June 2023, whilst visiting a longtime friend in Vittsjö. We live in Göteborg Sweden, and have rarely traveled inland that much within Skåne territory. We were very impressed with the local forests and lakes.... very scenic. But we were even more impressed with our Wärdshuset Furuliden stay !! This place is a throwback to early 1900's health-inspired country guest houses. We found it to be very clean and well-appointed, and our hosts Amanda and Mike made sure that our stay was totally pleasant. He is an excellent chef also, so the dinners we enjoyed there were delicious. Our room was generous in size, its bathroom & shower were totally OK, the breakfast was very adequate, the wi-fi was fast... and the building's large common room offered a nice ambiance. It turns out they're also business partners in a new local vineyard & winery, which we were able to visit. Should you find yourself wanting to stay anywhere in or near to Vittsjö (which is not large).... we can personally highly recommend that you consider lodging at this nice place. You will not be disappointed.

We visited Vittsjö to see a long-time friend and local resident. He recommended that we stay at Wärdshuset Furuliden.... and boy, we are totally pleased to have taken his good counsel. The owners / managers of this fine guest house make sure that all their guests enjoy a solid good visit, they (Amanda and Mike) are very competent and gracious. The property is an elegant yet-functional Skåne country lodging, everything needed is here. Beds are comfy, the place is very clean and welcoming, and dinners are high-end yummy. Plus the region surrounding Vittsjö is a very pretty and quite historically interesting area. This place is very good value for the money.... we will be back.

Det är ett toppen bra ställe om man inte vill bo mitt inne i stan men inte heller på landet. Något jag kan rekommendera att prova.
