Buena ubicación, justo al lado de la iglesia. Lo pedí porque es un hotel de cadena y elegí una habitación con balcón por dos noches. Es el mejor y más caro hotel de Vilnius local. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones están bien, pero no son comparables a las del Kempinski nacional. Pero luego temporalmente necesita seguir viviendo otro día, la habitación original no se puede renovar y la recepción del hotel dijo que estaba llena. Reservado en Ctrip, dado. Gracias a Ctrip. Tenga en cuenta en particular que el hotel tenía una habitación triangular similar a un ático en el lado más alejado, extendió la mano para abrir el tragaluz del techo y se encontró accidentalmente al despertar. Como solo me quedé una noche, no me molesté en tirar. Confirme el tipo de habitación y el precio con Ctrip y el hotel. Las imágenes están claramente marcadas. Si no tiene circunstancias especiales al hacer la reserva, no reserve este tipo de habitación. Eso es malo. Si te encuentras con él, debes saltar y regañarlo por una relación precio / rendimiento tan baja.

¡La ubicación del hotel es especialmente buena! Es casi fácil caminar a varias atracciones, ¡muy conveniente! Aunque el hotel no es grande, debido a la precipitación histórica, ¡se siente genial! Desde la selección de comidas para ordenar, a bufete con jugos frescos, y (además de las tradicionales ofertas de desayuno) una amplia selección de alimentos premium como el almidón fumado, fruta de dragón, selección de carne curada, lengua de la carne de vacuno, Treviso DOC Prosecco, delicioso restaurante-made pana cotta y otros desserts. La salida fue a las 12:00 y el desayuno de sábado por la mañana también fue hasta las 12:00. Estacionamiento disponible en el patio, valet o en las calles alrededor del hotel. La ubicación es muy central (cerca de la plaza principal de esta parte de la ciudad). El edificio y el interior son agradables y renovados. El shampoo de alta calidad en el baño. Yoga mat y algunos equipos deportivos en la habitación. En total, una verdadera experiencia de 5*, donde los huéspedes obtienen todo lo que necesitan sin pedirlo.

I can’t brag enough about the wonderful stay we had here. We were greeted every time we walked through the door by Andrew, Vytis, Vytautas and staff. They were so helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and spa times. The room had everything one needs for a vacation: a safe, umbrella, refrigerator, minibar, shower with rain head, double sink, heated floor, comfortable bed, and tv. Also, a wonderful breakfast was included. One could eat the buffet plus order omelets, waffles, or crepes from the menu. The spa was by appointment and one had the pool and sauna privately for an hour. I did my swim and sauna at 7am every morning. Also, make sure you get a massage by Ercan Sōnmez. I have a bulging disc and Ercan made my pain disappear. Plus, my plane ride home was more comfortable than it was on the way here. I would give this property more stars if I could because it truly was incredible. The staff is used to celebrities, politicians and VIP staying here and I was treated like Royalty. Thank you for the marvelous stay!

El hotel y el servicio son fantásticos y ofrecen una elegante estancia en el ambiente. Situación perfecta. El desayuno es increíble, cama cómoda y el personal muy útil. En particular, Maxsim (Max) fue muy útil con consejos sobre comer y beber, y también muy útil en mi checkout, recuperando los artículos que había olvidado y encontrar un lugar para que me cambie de mi vestido.

The hotel was in a great location, you can see the castle when you step outside, it was a little walk away to the old town and other sights. There is a supermarket around the corner and an ATM is in front of the hotel. The hotel is easy to reach on the bus from the airport and it will be a 10 minute walk to the hotel. It's worth to download the bolt app if you want to take a taxi to the hotel, it's cheaper then a taxi and easy to use, it's only a 15 minute drive. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was very nice with a choice of cereal, pastries, fruits, eggs, porridge, sausages, baked beans, fish,..I did miss yogurt and jams though. You could also make your own waffle. Otherwise it was very enjoyable and staff made sure that there is always plenty available. A coffee mashine is available and you can get free coffee until 12 but have to pay afterwards. I think it should be for free all day as there aren't any coffee/tea facilities in the room. Also a little fridge in the room would be great. As the flight was early in the morning, the lady on the reception organised our Taxi via the bolt app which was great and cheaper, it was 11€. We also got a breakfast bag as we left early with a filled croissant, boiled egg, fruit, breakfast bar and curd snack. We could also use the coffee mashine at the hotel for free. I really enjoyed the stay

Perfect spot just on the edge of the old town. Old building, beautifully modernised. Our room was large, had many windows which opened but were perfectly sound-sealed when shut, and the bed was very comfy. Had a few of Geminidas's hill from our room. Downsides were small: nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom, and the staff were oddly unengaging, no smiles and hellos when you walked past reception .. you got a blank face or they didn't even look up. Bar was empty every night. So would recommend it for quality of the accommodation and the position. Price was good value.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also beautifully appointed and feels very luxurious throughout. For this stay I requested a quiet room on a higher floor and was really happy with the room, it was a good size, very modern and clean. After our first night we were woken by very loud construction sounds through the wall (our room was the last in the hall), dust billowed past the windows and we felt strong vibrations. I spoke to reception who were quite indifferent, telling us they couldn’t do anything (I understand the noise is from a neighbouring building) and even if we moved it wouldn’t make any difference. I found the response to be a little rude and odd as you definitely couldn’t hear noise in other parts of the hotel. In the end, my husband stepped in and firmly requested we be moved and the man on reception reluctantly agreed. The new room was great, again a really good size, beautifully decorated, comfy bed etc and it was very quiet - we loved it, but the experience with reception made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay.
