The hotel needs replenishment of staff who has hotel and guest services experience . People working there are like from the government offices . Rigid and rude

Me and my wife Smt. V. Jhansi Lakshmi Bai are your regular guests. Whenever we visit Vijayawada, we stay in Hotel D V ***or only. We are very happy with the services, food and comforts. The Officers upto and staff at D V ***or are very friendly and helpful. We feel at home.

Quality at its best. Perfect for family get-togethers. Food is epic. Service is exemplary. Coordination among all hotel staff members, be it decoration, food, lighting etc. is praiseworthy as it was hassle free for us.

Not justified on this tariff Rooms are not good, room tails are coming out, very slippery and old flooring Toilet fittings are rusted Not recommend

hotel was kind enough to me for giving early check in. But room maintenance should have a look by the ***agement. TV installed in room 109 was not having clear picture and it was not worth while. very surprising that how it has not been noticed. bathroom hygeine issue. Damaged doors can be seen easily. towels placed in the room were very old and not washed properly. in the breakfast limited options were available.

Very poor service. Food is really pathetic. Very bad trea**ent by the staff. I strongly recommend NOT to visit this hotel. While the restaurant staff was very unresponsive. Had to wait for a very long time. (this happend both at the time of Breakfast as well as Dinner) I have given this feedback to the restaurant ***ager as well.

The Stay was very comfortable. The light panel and plumbing fittings are easy to identify and use. There was no hassle and the sound proofing was great to enjoy a good night's sleep. Complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner options have ample serving and delicious. Overall on a busy routine, this property is a good place for slowing down and recharging oneself for next challenging session/day.

Rooms very well maintained, very spacious & grand looking lobby, staff is very courteous, location very ideal for shopping or walking around (even if you want to take a late night walk it does not feel lonely). Room service & house keeping very efficient.
