Nuestra habitación es muy amplia. El suelo es de agradable moqueta. Servicio de limpieza muy correcto. El salón para el desayuno es amplio con gran surtido de productos austriacos que van reponiendo constantemente además de tener zumo natural. Dejamos las maletas a las 9h sin poder entrar a la habitación hasta mínimo las 15h, en nuestro caso nos fuimos hasta las 23h y no hubo ningún problema por lo tanto es perfecto para llegar y hacer turismo sin preocupaciones. El hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro (9 minutos andando).

Where to start , well let's start at Check In, we have arrived at the Hotel around mid day which we were lucky to be provided with a room straight away, after taking our way into the room well.. The carpets are horrendously dirty to the point i had a walk around Vienna looking for flip flops just not to step bare feet on the carpet. At this point we have contacted the reception in hopes of getting an upgrade which we were willing to pay but got immediately shut down as they were at full capacity, the shower room was fine big walk in shower fairly modern and clean, big TV although do not be fooled it is not a smart TV if you phone does not have Screen Cast do not forget HDMI cable or you will be stuck watching German TV. The restaurant was only open for Breakfast they do not open for Dinner only upon request and availability, now this was a first for me.. Nevertheless we prefer to eat out always and Vienna has some Fabulous places where you can have a nice Dinner. Be careful as well when you wake up a bit later and have to come down to reception to ask for Housekeeping to come and tend your room as they will leave your room door wide open whilst you are parading around Vienna, this actually happened to us we requested them to go to the room to change the towels and nade our way to the center, once we cane back to the hotel after several hours we found our door wide open left by Housekeeping, next morning we made our way to the reception and made a complain as all our belongings where in the room and they would not take accountability if they were stolen, they only apologized and that was all not a voucher not an upgrade absolutely nothing, if you are looking for a Hotel were they dont care about you no good morning no good evening this is the place for you if not DO NOT STAY HERE. This is for the Doppio Hotel team please dont bother replying to my review and rather look into making changes when providing training to your team, people want to feel welcome and safe when staying abroad and you guys failed at both those points, seek out to Train and Develop your team because there is a long way for you guys to go. Άριστη επιλογή σε σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό και ακριβώς μπροστά σε στάση τραμ. Σούπερ Μάρκετ απέναντι με 7ημερη λειτουργία. Με τα δημόσια μέσα μεταφοράς είσαι κέντρο στο τέταρτο. Καταπληκτικό πρωινό... άνετα δωμάτια... φιλικό και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Μειονέκτημα βασικό το WiFi στα δωμάτια...μας είπαν πως είναι υπό συντήρηση.... Αξίζει να το προτιμήσετε για την διαμονή σας στην Βιέννη, αν και με πολλούς πελάτες ήταν πάρα πολύ ήσυχο.

Ubicación del transporte: Muy cerca de la Estación Central, justo enfrente. Es perfecto para aquellos que están muy cansados ​​después de bajar del tren y quieren encontrar un lugar donde descansar rápidamente. No está en el centro de la ciudad, pero la escala de las ciudades europeas no es grande para nosotros. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar al Palacio Belvedere y entre 30 y 40 minutos en llegar a la mayoría de las atracciones del centro de la ciudad. 2- Dentro de 3 kilómetros, es aceptable. Habitación: Es espaciosa y cómoda en Europa, bastante buena. Precio: Al reservar, el precio medio es de unos 780 rmb/noche (dos noches el sábado y el domingo, el precio el sábado es más alto y el precio el domingo es más bajo). Después de hacer el check-in por la noche, el precio cambió a 680/noche, lo que puede ser un precio de oferta. Creo que el precio está bien. Servicio: No hay necesidad de ningún servicio, solo check-in y check-out, nada se le antoja.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, todas las instalaciones y su habitación eran de primer nivel, además de estar al frente de la estación de trenes y metro le da un plus adicional. Personal muy amable.

El sistema de check in es terrible. Estuvimos esperando fuera del edificio durante más de una hora para solucionar este extraño problema de check in. Porque no pudimos encontrar en ningún lado el número de nuestra habitación. Luego los llamamos y primero confirmaron nuestro pedido en línea. Después de eso, necesitamos hacer el check in en línea, cargar nuestro DNI, también una selfie, la dirección de mi casa, etc. Después de eso, esperamos nuevamente hasta que revisaron todo y nos dieron el código PIN de la habitación. Debido a este problema, perdimos nuestro restaurante y también el plan posterior. Tengo que decir que este sistema de check in es pésimo.

Hotel moderno y cálido con un tema musical. La habitación que reservamos fue llamada en tono y tenía una mesa de turno y un tablet para el teléfono. La ducha estaba separada del baño. La cama era muy cómoda. La habitación tiene una máquina de café Nespresso y té de ronnefeldt. La sala de gimnasio y bienestar en el nivel 1 . El desayuno es de 25 € por persona con un descuento de 5 € si les informas la noche anterior. En una experiencia muy diferente de sus hoteles habituales y esta, justo fuera de Mariahilfer Strasse es muy conveniente para el transporte y la comida.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

El hotel cuenta con un buen servicio y un buen equipo de habitaciones incluyendo y una máquina espresso para su café y té diario en la habitación. También nos gustaba la comida, ya que sólo teníamos desayuno.
