We spent a night in this hotel in the latter part om March. It's situated ”upstairs” in a hotelbuilding in the central parts of Västerås. The receptionist was very, very pleasant and welcomed us, gave us the keys to the room and welcomed us to a free dinner (buffet) at the restaurang. I have to say that the dinner was very good (chicken) and also with a different vegetables to add at the plate. The breakfast was very good as well. To return? Of course. We were very satisfied with everything at the hotel. One disadvantage: We had to park at a parking lot about 500 meters from the hotel so the place of the hotel is not ideal if you come by car. But, if you dont have any handicap or coming with a lot of heavey suitcases, it's no problem.

The room was ok. What was disastrous was the ridiculous airport minibus pickup. First of all, they do not have their own bus but rather share a bus used by another nearby hotel. Aside from the fact that they have to leave people behind at times because of excessive demand, it is especially stupid that Sure Stay Plus is only written on a sheet of paper on the bus door. If you look at the big lettering on the bus you would think it was for the other hotel. Thus a 1-hour plus wait to get to the hotel. Couple that with a front desk that does not tell you to look for a bus labeled for another hotel instead of Sure Stay Plus. This was an extremely aggravating experience and I wish I had paid a little more money for a decent hotel company. If this is Sure Stay Plus, I would hate like hell to experience a Sure Stay Minus.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo en el centro de la pequeña ciudad de Vasteras, frente al centro comercial, por lo que las habitaciones del hotel son pequeñas y también están cerca de la universidad y lugares para comer. No hay cepillos de dientes ni zapatillas en la habitación, como si estuvieran en Europa. Algunos de ellos están disponibles para él, pero es mejor que los guarde usted mismo.

He estado unos días, una de las principales cosas cuando estas fuera de casa es poder descansar de forma apropiada, ha sido imposible, el colchón horrible, te hundías completamente de forma que mal para dormir. En cuanto al hotel en si bien, habitación espaciosa, restaurante propio y un desayuno muy completo y bueno, el parking que tienen tiene poca capacidad pero a escasos metros está situado un centro comercial en el que se puede aparcar con tranquilidad. La ubicación del hotel excelente, en plena plaza con muchos bares y restaurantes, igualmente fantástico para dar una vuelta por la zona.

Estaba en una habitación única, dos noches. La habitación es realmente una habitación individual, pero adecuada si es un lugar para dormir necesitas. Hay un escritorio muy pequeño con una silla. Los interiores son frescos y el baño (douche, no baño) de la moderna norma. El desayuno buffet es de estilo sueco con bastantes opciones de pan, yogur y fruta. El hotel está en una zona de aparcamiento de la calle, pero no es un hotel de autoservicio después de horas, por lo que el invitado más tarde debe leer las instrucciones de adelantado para asegurarse de que todo está claro. La única queja real es que las galletas eran peores que las malas. Aunque no sufra problemas de espalda o cuello, traeré mi propio si me quedo de nuevo.
