덕구온천 아버지 효도여행 목적으로 함께 했습니다.
명불허전 덕구온천 온천장 깨끗하고 넓고 물 부드러워 즐겁게 온천욕 하였어요
(저녁엔 노천 레몬탕 진짜 좋았구요 주변 금강송 보면서 힐링 되었어요ㅠ 아쉬운 건 아침엔 결로로 미끄럼 안전으로 폐쇄 ㅠ 진짜 아쉽 ㅠ )
아침 온천 후 조식 또한 깔끔한 음식과 적당한 종류 과일 커피 등 기본적 구성 맘에 딱 들었고 반찬도 다 맛있었어요
특히 쌀국수 정말 괜찮았어요!!!
(육수 국물 따로 부어주시는게 진국! 이더라구요 1인 1쌀국수 강추)
콘도 뒤쪽 계곡 산책로(2시간 왕복) 다는 못했지만 계곡물과 여러 테마 다리 볼 수 있어 특색있어 좋았어요
불편한 점은
1. 덕구온천호텔로 예약 된 줄 알았는데 콘도로 배정되었더라구요
(예약바우처에도 데스크안내번호 호텔로 되었있고 혼선이 있었어요. 호텔과 콘도가 같은 회사인데 명칭과 위치가 달라 방문 전에 햇갈려서 몇번이나 확인을 해야했어요.
예약사이트와 네이버지도에 명칭을 정확히 구분해 줄 것을 당부드립니다...)
2. 배정된 방 콘도에 생수가 없었어요
(숙박할 때 물이 없었던 곳은 처음이라 좀 당황.. 가운도 2개나 비피되어 있더라는.. 쓰지는 않았지만요..
데스크에서 편의점도 문 닫을 시간이라 정수기 물 이용 안내를 주셨지만 가운보다는..
생수병 비치와 같은 소소한 서비스가 기본적으로 있었으면 좋겠습니다.. )
혼란스럽고 불편한 점도 있았지만 온천. 조식. 계곡 산책로 등 좋은 장점이 있는 덕구온천 다른 가족과 또 방문할 의사 있습니다.
가까운 시일 안에는 이러한 점이 개선 되었으면 더 멋진 덕구온천호텔이 될 것 같아요ㅠ 감사합니다.

It's easy to find as it's a popular place for locals to go for sauna. Checking in was easy and frontdesk staff was friendly. Only down side is the service by the waiter in the hotel restaurant. A restaurant that's able to accomodate about 40-50 guests was only occupied by about 8-9 guests. It's being served by 2 waiters. One was friendly but the other (도현민) was unattentive and displayed a can't be bothered attitude. With current Corona virus situation i would thought service will be much better due to lower human traffic. But was surprised by the bad attitude displayed by the waiter. He needs to know that he is part of the hotel and is the ambassador representing the hotel. What he does affects the reputation of the hotel. Additionally, the door sound proofing is very bad, we can hear people talking when they passby our room. This can be improve.

국내에서 유일하게 용출되는 온천으로 물이 정말 좋아요. 시설은 업데이트가 되었는데, 일하시는 분들이 조금만 더 웃고 친절했으면 좋겠네요. ^^
