Hotel is located in a small alley. Itself is better than surrounding competitors. Everything else is acceptable.

Kotra Haveli is by far one of the best boutique hotels i have stayed in. Situated right in the heart of the old Udaipur city it is close to most of the landmark tourist places. The city palace, lake Pichola, Bogore Ki Haveli and Jagdish Temple all are just a stones throw away. The markets are all also nearby. The Hotel is modern and comfortable with a pleasant architecture. The Resturant has good tasty food and caters to almost all kinds of cuisine. To top it all the staff is excellent, pleasant and very helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and it felt like a home away from home. I would specially like to mention Rahul & Deeksha at the desk always ready to help with a smile, Rajkumarji, Vijay and Kisan and ***y more who looked after us like family. Thanks for the experience.

The stay was good. The hotel was situated at a Nice location all major tourist spots are at walkable distance Rooms and premises were clean. Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was good and tasty and had variety of options. Service by Vijay was good

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It's inside the old town so our taxi couldn't come to its doors but that is hardly a drawback. It's close to everything in the old city. It has a fantastic rooftop restaurant. Rooms and entire hotel is very clean, very comfortable mattress,large bed, ac rooms with fans. Clean toilet and drapery. We are very impressed. Rahul at the front desk is very helpful. Entire staff is very supportive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place and very clean, located central but is quite. Roof top is amazing. Vijay took good care of us he's very professional. Location is close to all major sites. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is pretty good as well

Perfectly located in the old part of Udaipur, the hotel is quite close to a couple of fascinating temples and the City Palace. Great views from the rooftop restaurant! The room was comfortable and well furnished; the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant.

Wonderful service and staff is having polite behaviour. Receptionist Mr Rahul has good nature and guided us with very appropriate answers. Room was very well organised and nicely architecture were designed. Property is worth living and be suggested to others who wants to visit udaipur and wants to live within old city.

Excellent room and services, co operative staff. Room services are best. good food andrestaurant.candle light dinner is preferable.hotel is near city palace and jagdish temple so natural view is best.so transportion facility easily available.
