PROs: Very nicely decorated hotel, with warm reception staff. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I liked the kitchen sink and microwave amenities! Room seemed clean and nice. Easy shuttle to airport.
CONS: our keys didn’t work and we went back for new ones. The second set worked but someone else was already in the room! Eek! We were given another room and that was fine, but this morning, someone else (guest? Cleaning staff?) opened our door without knocking and was surprised to see us. Eeek again! Staff was embarrassed and apologetic. Previous staff totally screwed up keys and room assignments it seems. Hopefully just a one-time problem. But beware and double lock your door and put your privacy please sign up!
Breakfast is cereal, bagels, juice, bananas, oranges, and sweetened yogurt “product.” I’m gluten-free and try to avoid loads of sugar so I’m being picky but a protein like a few hard boiled eggs and string cheese would be so nice. I ate a banana.
The lobby and breakfast area were being cleaned with strong-smelling chemicals while we ate breakfast at 8:30am. There are sooo many safer options available! I encourage the hotel to go fragrance-free and use EPA- certified Safer Choice products that are less toxic to people.

Excellent location, not far from airport, but no airplane flight above and no noise, about 0.2 mile to highway entrance, no car noise. very close to shopping center and many restaurants. room is very clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast has many choices. Coffee is good. Parking lot is very large and secure. Hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff but hotel is a bit old. The stay was overall fine. A small road behind the hotel allows you to walk your dog.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to put up a security deposit that I have never had to do before, they charged $274 on my credit card in addition to the deposit, denied the charges, tried to blame the 3rd party billing and forced me to cancel my credit card due to their fraudulent charges, customers were complaining of the rooms not being clean, and as we were going to our room, every other corner had stacks of dirty towels and sheets lined up in the hallway.(which I have photos of)
I was totally surprised that with the name "Ramanda by Wydham that this hotel comes even close to the standards the name represents.
Our trip started 5/10/23 and booked the return stay for 5/18. This happened on the first stay and was too late for us to cancel the return stay.

The room we were assigned was in rough shape. The TV wasn't working, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the mattress was old & uncomfortable. On top of all that, we could not connect to the internet and were told that the hotel's router would have to be reset, which in the time we had to check on it never occurred as far as I could tell.

Safe area compared to the disaster that is Seattle! Short walk to Westfield shopping Centre. Wendy’s Taco Bell 7/11 nearby. Pool is unusable.. no restaurant and no snack machine as stated
