Świetny hotel. Może nie pierwszej nowości, ale czyściutko, obsługa miła, a jedzenie pyszne. Duży plus za schowek na rowery wyposażony w stojaki, a do każdego z nich dedykowane gniazdko dla ładowarek. Otwierany i zamykany przez obsługę.

My sister and I decided to do a little week long getaway. We attended in September 2023. Upon arrival, we weren't met with the most welcoming experience from the reception staff, despite us trying to be as friendly as possible. It felt weird straight off the bat, like they seemed okay until we spoke. We shrugged it off as we had already had a long day of travel and were tired and hungry and just wanted to get to our room to relax. I showed all our information and booking confirmation to which they said there wasn't a booking for us. It didn't seem as though they were going to do anything about it until I prompted them as I again got out all our information to show we had indeed booked a room. Our booking was through TUI, so they said they would call TUI to see what happened and that they would get back to us in 15 mins so we could go sit at the bar and wait. We said okay and went to sit down (the bar is just across from reception so we could see them, and they could see us). There was no one else at the bar. 15 minutes came and went, and the staff just seemed to be chatting to each other. No one came over to us or waved us over. We got up and went back to reception to try to find out what was going on. The guy said he found our booking but the room wasn't ready so we would have to wait another half and hour for it to be cleaned. Okay. We sat down again, this time just the other side of the double doors to the pool area so we could sit outside. Again, nothing. No staff came over. I had to go back in again to ask for an update, and the guy at the desk said, "What?" Loudly when I asked... like he had no idea what I was talking about. The woman on the phone next to him stopped and said, "Oh yeah, the rooms ready, here," and handed him the room key and card. He then told us how to find our room. We went upstairs to our room and to be honest, I can't fault the room. It was lovely and clean. We had twin beds, a sofa (that pulled out into another bed, a balcony, TV, desk, fridge, and private bathroom. Everything was very well taken care of, and the shower was nice and large. We settled in and decided to relax till dinner. Dinner was really nice the first night. We really liked the pulled pork wraps! But we quickly found out that drinks, even tap water, weren't included in half board. No bother, the staff were quick to approach you to ask if you wanted a drink, and they would bring it over to your table. However, they are expensive for a small tango or coke. As the week went on, the buffet got very samey. Seemed they repeated a lot of meals, and we were a bit disappointed. There wasn't a lot of flavour, and every salt shaker there didn't produce salt despite sitting on a different table every morning and evening. They all seemed blocked, which was a slight annoyance. Currently on holiday at Bluesun Alga Hotel which has been taken over by a huge group of rude, drunk and rowdy men who continued to ‘party’ by the pool until the early hours keeping everyone awake and whose outrageous behaviour went unchallenged by management. Earlier I witnessed a manager asking a group of men who were shouting and chanting across balconies to ‘keep it down’ this was completely ignored and did not deal with issues affecting the experience of other guests. It is now 5.30pm and already intoxicated groups are gathering by the outside bar shouting, singing and intimidating people so much so that no other guests are using the bar. We anticipate another night of bullying, ****gish behaviour and no sleep along with ineffectual handling of a potentially dangerous situation as people who have paid a lot of money for a relaxing holiday become more angry with the manager’s inability to take control and confront and deal with this hideous situation. Needless to say this has spoilt our holiday and does not look like it will be resolved anytime soon.

This hotel is average for the area but not European 4 star. 3 at best. Out of season most facilities are closed. The room was clean and modern but the air con did not work in any of our rooms. Food pretty poor, a lot of options but meat over cooked and dry. Poor selection for vegetarians. Alex on the bar was great, remembered what we were drinking. Good selection of cocktails but not strong. Overall, bar service was good. Was ok for a couple of nights, wouldn't want to stay longer.

This is a perfectly good hotel in an accessible location with a pleasant promenade along the beach nearby. The room I had was lovely but had no kettle etc to make a drink. The food was satisfactory. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The red wine served was good although you don't get much for Euros 5. There was a nice and good sized outside swimming pool which for me was warm enough even though it was still March.

Location is excellent. Hotel is across a narrow promenade from the pebbly beach surrounded by trees and the sea is crystal clear. The hotel staff are friendly and hard working. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but could stand an update. The food is the drawback. Chefs and restaurant staff are good, but the food, although delivered hot, is soon reduced to lukewarm. There seems to be no warming method under the metal trays containing food. If you want food at the right temperature you have to wait for new food to be delivered to the tray. The selection is good, hot dishes, salads, sweets, seasonal fruit and ice cream. For me, as I don’t eat pork, there were rather too many pork dishes. Freshly made breakfast omelettes and pizza and pasta, made freshly for dinner, were a good alternative. Bar prices were not excessive and similar to those in local bars and cafes. Coffee could be improved.

Stayed here for 2 nights with RSD travel. This is a huge hotel. Nice rooms. Hotel right on the beach. Food good, nothing special but always something to eat. Rooms spacious. Bed comfy for 2 nights. Only issue was about 300 football fans up partying all night. Didn't affect us personally, but a lot of guests not happy at all.

The hotel is in a good location near beach. The quality of food is good and you have daily room service. I visited in late October and I expected the indoor pool would be warm specially for kids but unfortunately it wasn't although I was told they would heat it up daily but still it wasn't warm for kids and surprisingly outdoor pool had higher temperature than indoor . Over the weekend a music band was playing in a another hotel across The Bluesun until mid night and I couldn't sleep . I told the reception and they said they couldn't do anything about it !
