"La casa de la ciudad es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y relajadas, con todo lo que necesita para ayudarte a sentir en casa. A la llegada y durante toda nuestra estancia, el personal de recepción fue el anfitrión perfecto y no podía ser amigable y útil. La zona del bar de la piscina fue la manera perfecta de relajarse antes de ir a la abundante abundante salas de sol limpias y nuevas sombras de sol por la invitante piscina azul. A pesar de que el personal del bar aquí siempre es amigable y útil, este año encontramos que cada uno de los miembros del personal está tan lleno de energía, profesional y deseoso de ofrecer un excelente servicio desde la mañana y hasta la noche. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y muy consciente de la situación de los clientes."

"Excelente hotel, incluso vale la pena un viaje a la estancia. Bella ubicación. servicio de 5 estrellas. desayuno bufé y cena superan la expectativa. Las camas son cómodas y limpias. Cambio de la cortina da a este hotel 10/10."

Bluesun Hotel Alga

"Our family has just returned from the Bluesun Alga. We spent 7 nights here. It's ok. Rooms are small. The food was good. The staff completely ruined the experience for me though. They are not friendly. Not welcoming. If you've spent money and have booked a vacation, you want to feel 'looked after'. This is not the experience here. When we arrived (11pm) I was told to sign in to the WiFi, find my booking reference and email it to the hotel account. Guests should be made to feel relaxed and 'switched off' from the minute they arrive... Not logging on to their email accounts etc The staff couldn't care less about the guests. They are rude and dismissive. The cleaner audibly sighed when we said 'yes please' when she asked if we'd like our room cleaned that day. You just know if there is an issue with your room etc that you are not going to get anywhere when you bring this up. This also happened to us. The young guy who supervises the kids play room was the nicest member of staff we encountered. The pools are busy, small and overcrowded. We would definitely return to Tucepi... But we will be finding a 5 star hotel in the area and going there instead!!"

Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive

"We arrived at the hotel by car to find a queue at reception and only one member of staff manning it (which was often the case). Our room was facing the sea with good views and was clean but with the air conditioning turned off throughout the hotel, it was really hot and stuffy day and night, even with the door left open. The thermostat showed the room never went below 26 degrees! The pool area was very busy, lots of children of all ages and very noisy. There were still sunbeds stacked up so we were able to take these to an area upstairs where there was less noise. The food wasn't great, not much variety and the breakfast was cold every morning (even on the morning we turned up at 7am when the 'canteen' opened). I call it 'Canteen' because this was the vibe we got. It was noisy, children screaming and running about, the tables weren't set up, we had to find cutlery and napkins, there was always banging of plates and cutlery from the staff, it reminded me of a school canteen! The food wasn't good but it was at least clean in there. Evening entertainment was pretty much non existent. We arrived on a Sunday for a four night stay and there was nothing on that evening, the following evening was children's entertainment, we had one evening of music and then the next evening again was children's entertainment. The main bar was outside and in October it really isn't warm enough to be sitting outside after dark so many people would try to sit indoors in the very small seating area based in the foyer. There was never anywhere to sit and so most people took their drinks up to their bedrooms to sit on their balcony. For us, this was better because it was away from the noise but there was no getting away from the smoke anywhere in this hotel. There were no areas for non smokers (although in my opinion it should be that it is all non-smoking and areas provided for smokers) and even on the balcony there was smoke coming from either side. Other than the beer, the drinks weren't good. The red wine was undrinkable. We ended up purchasing bottles of wine from a local vineyard so we could enjoy a drink on our balcony. The two lifts were so small and always busy so we found ourselves having to take the stairs most times. We really didn't enjoy anything about our stay here and we found ourselves (fortunately with a car) going off early and sight seeing rather than having to spend any more time than necessary at the hotel. We would eat out when possible instead of having to use the canteen and we were fortunate enough to find a nice restaurant about 15 minutes walk from the hotel where we could enjoy an evening meal. On top of all this, the showers were cold two out of the four days. I am not sure what was going on there!! Wifi was terrible too."

Hotel Villa Andrea

"We have been to Villa Andrea a number of times and it is comforting to know the highest of standards continue to be met. Bedrooms are very comfortable with excellent housekeeping staff keeping them very clean. The restaurant is operated by a 3rd party and not part of the hotel. However the breakfast choice was good with eggs cooked to order. The stars of the show are the front of house, Biljana and Mirella (apologies if name is misspelt), nothing was too much trouble for them. Including offering their personal phone chargers when mine stopped working. They are a study in how hotel customer service should be."

Heritage Hotel Kaštelet

"El hotel está en una ubicación increíble, está situado justo en la playa de Tucepi. El desayuno fue excelente y el ambiente muy relajante. La habitación era espaciosa con camas súper cómodas. Había reservado una cena de 3 platos que el hotel no pudo ofrecer debido al final de la temporada. Nos ofrecieron comer en su hotel hermano de al lado con bebidas. Lo probamos una noche pero el buffet estaba muy lleno y no fue una experiencia relajante aunque la comida era buena. El hotel me reembolsó la cena, incluida la que ya había comido, lo cual fue un resultado satisfactorio. Podíamos oír un poco la habitación de arriba por la noche, pero en general me alojaría aquí de nuevo. La ubicación, el personal y el ambiente fueron fantásticos."

Hotel Laurentum

"The hotel was immaculate, every where smelt so fresh and clean, the cleaners worked well cleaning the rooms, fresh towels changed every day. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The staff were very friendly, always said good morning or afternoon. Breakfast was nice , plentiful. Lovely side sea view, sun set was amazing. The only negative point was not enough sunbeds by the pool, people would get up early hours to reserve a bed. We spent 11 days at the hotel and not once we couldn't sit by the pool which was annoying. We had to go to the beach which was over crowded, we struggled to get a spot. So we walked about 20 minutes each day and found a beach that was less crowded with a nice beach side restaurant . Also bought beach mats because sunbeds were 20 euros for two beds plus 5 euros for a brolly. Overall a great holiday, Tucepi is a lovely resort with lots of nice restaurants."

"Hotel is located on the beach and the car can be parked within walking distance on its own property. The swimming pool is quite small and sunbeds are limited, so very early already occupied. The same applies to the sunbeds at the beach. The location is nice, because you can walk along the beach with lots of shade to the town of Tučepi. In the evening in the center is lively busy, but never massive. Also a nice town nearby Makarska is definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here."
