Si deseas experimentar realmente Trieste en la ubicación correcta y con estilo, este es el lugar. Un pequeño palacio perfectamente construido, dirigido por personal que cuida de sus huéspedes. En la noche, cuando salía a la sala de desayuno, la siguiente me encontré diciendo wow a la vista de la impresionante Piazza. El bar es el lugar para estar todo el día y también actúa como un restaurante informal todo el día. El hotel también está disponible formalmente, pero no fue mi elección. Las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas y muy limpias con las mejores instalaciones. Reserva tu estancia, ya sabes que quieres!

We had some issues getting to the hotel due to the very slow passport control at Trieste airport and so turned up about 12:30 in the morning. Once we found the hotel we rang the bell several times and did not notice the sign stating that if closed go to the Intercontinental on the other side of the pedestrian area. The receptionist came across and guided us to the other hotel where we booked in and then he came across, showed us the key to get in and up to the lift where we went up to our suite. The suite was a good size with a microwave, fridge, kettle, pots and pans etc. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the room was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast is in the other hotels' restaurant but it is less than a minute to walk across to it. Breakfast choice was not great - you have to choose your breakfast from a menu and it would have been better to have a buffet type. The hotel was quite expansive and I did not feel that it was worth the cost.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel in the centre of Trieste. Receptionist was very feiendly. The room was with external bathroom, but exept walking thru thw corridor, it was spacious with all needed, shower, fan, paper, bide, toilet. The balcony was nice and street oriented. Breakfast was included and fantastic with even vegan options croasant. Elevator is in the building and it made out luggage varring easier ro the first floor. Next time I ll book the same hotel.

Gran decepción sin duda ir al excelsior al llegar no te cojen las maletas tienes que ir a recepción para que te atiendan ,las suites son interiores con un tragaluz o una ventana interior pides cambio y no te hacen caso la decoración es fría y anodina para la cena de fin de año pedimos puesto y nos dijeron que no había fuimos al excelsior ese mismo día y nos dijeron que como no tenían sitio mandaban a todos los clientes al hilton (el hotel) t que acaban de mandar a 10 clientes llamamos y lo negaron todo además el parking está a 500 metros y vale 30€ son unos mentirosos no ir nunca

Situado en el último piso de un palacio en el centro de Trieste. Recepción atenta y cortés. Atmósfera rica en libros y cuadros Se duerme en amplias habitaciones , decoradas con gusto especial, precedidas de un hermoso salón con un ángulo de cocina bien organizada. Muchos bars cercanos para el desayuno, o se puede organizar utilizando la cocina interior. Estacionamiento cercano o alternativamente un cómodo servicio de coches valet.

Ridiculo! Nosotros no eramos los únicos que recibían su miseria! Un grupo de 4/5 vino a buscarnos y se les dijo que podían llevar las bebidas a su habitación! No he deducido ningún punto de esta revisión porque hablé con el propietario esta mañana y ella era hermosa y se disculpó profundamente. Sería definitivamente devuelto si en Trieste otra vez 👍

La ubicación central es realmente estratégica. Conveniente para todas las atracciones de la ciudad y los locales que se encuentran en las calles adyacentes. El edificio es muy bonito y elegante. El cheque es práctico y rápido, con posibilidad de parar en el estacionamiento frente a la puerta. El apartamento es muy limpio, práctico y dotado de todas las necesidades. El nuestro en el 5 piso tenía una hermosa vista de la ciudad

La ubicación del establecimiento es excelente, a 2 minutos de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad! Las habitaciones no son al último grito, sino dignas y con los mínimos confortes satisfacidos. El único pecado, en mi opinión, es el matemático que lo he encontrado personalmente un poco demasiado bajo y suave (consideración subjetiva)! Personal de la recepción muy amable y disponible! Seguramente volveremos 😁👌

We were visiting the Slovenian Coast for 5 Nights as a couple with a dog. We opted for a hotel in a more quiet location compared with portoroz - Izola etc.... What a great choice! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful renovated and looks like a new place. All is well and feels new - from the Restaurant, Lobby and the Rooms! (and awesome Salt chambers..) We chose a double room with balcony, which in those hot days were great for the early mornings or later evenings! (plus a big help in drying beach towels and clothes!) The room was nice, safe and mini bar fridge all available. Good shower - and for outdoor 38 degrees heat a perfectly working Air Con!! That's a real bonus! The Food (Breakfast was an enough wide selection) and the Dinner (mixed à la carte & sushi) must be stated was amazingly nice cooked, real top quality chef! if you like to dine out or eat in the evenings out just a 10-minute walk is the Ancaran Townsquare with a handful of nice Bars, Italian, Local Speciality Restaurant and so on. ＞All one needs! But the best ist still straight down from the hotel, the small bar on the beach! - So! - most over all I like to mention the feeling being a few days away from home in this place made us really relaxed and the best of the hotel is the people who work there!! - from the welcome reception team to the bar & restaurant staff and the housekeepers - all were at every time friendly and engaged! Overall, the Owner or Manager of this Hotel should be happy to have exactly this team working there now! They are awesome people with a good sense of hospitality! I would try to keep them! From the hotel you can walk in 3-5 minutes to a nice calm, quiet beach with another nice Restaurant and Bar (directly overlooking the Bay of Ancaran, Koper and so on) which was a lovely scenery!). The water was crystal clean and perfect temperature, and each time coming back to the hotel felt simply nice. Having travelled over 100s of times and stayed in 2-5 star hotels all over - this is definitely a place to go back. You just have to know what you are looking for and what kind of entertainment one wants. If you choose wisely, and you look for a bit more quiet place and not overloaded with people - and good drinks, food etc... than this is your destination! Thank you Team Ortus for the great stay.
