Muy céntrico, fuimos un grupo de amigas y estuvimos encantadas. El personal es muy amable, aunque el edificio es antiguo las habitaciones estaban muy bien con ventanas modernas de doble cristal y el baño actulizado. La cama supercómoda. El desayuno bastante variado.

La ubicación central es realmente estratégica. Conveniente para todas las atracciones de la ciudad y los locales que se encuentran en las calles adyacentes. El edificio es muy bonito y elegante. El cheque es práctico y rápido, con posibilidad de parar en el estacionamiento frente a la puerta. El apartamento es muy limpio, práctico y dotado de todas las necesidades. El nuestro en el 5 piso tenía una hermosa vista de la ciudad

We had some issues getting to the hotel due to the very slow passport control at Trieste airport and so turned up about 12:30 in the morning. Once we found the hotel we rang the bell several times and did not notice the sign stating that if closed go to the Intercontinental on the other side of the pedestrian area. Estuvimos instalados en el hotel Palace Suite, que está al girar la esquina respecto al Continentale y éste es el que lo gestiona (check-in, desayunos y chek-out). Al incluir el desayuno nuestra oferta, cada mañana íbamos a la cafetería del hotel y... ¡es preciosa, el desayuno es a la carta y te sirven dentro o fuera, en la terraza! Nos atendió Emanuele, uno de los camareros. Era eficaz, muy cercano y hablaba español. Un 10 para él.

We stayed four nights in The Modernist Hotel in mid October. The location was an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and centrally located between the water and two interesting neighborhoods. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. I am very sensitive to noise and was bothered by the busy street below. This is very individual. I grew up in New York City and the location would be quiet by NYC standards.

Hotel accogliente fuori dal centro storico : ottima pulizia , personale disponibile , luogo silenzioso. Ottima la colazione , prezzi in linea con i concorrenti . E’possibile raggiungere il centro sia con il bus che in auto dato che l’hotel si trova nel quartiere residenziale di S.Vito

We were visiting the Slovenian Coast for 5 Nights as a couple with a dog. We opted for a hotel in a more quiet location compared with portoroz - Izola etc.... What a great choice! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful renovated and looks like a new place. All is well and feels new - from the Restaurant, Lobby and the Rooms! (and awesome Salt chambers..) We chose a double room with balcony, which in those hot days were great for the early mornings or later evenings! (plus a big help in drying beach towels and clothes!) The room was nice, safe and mini bar fridge all available. Good shower - and for outdoor 38 degrees heat a perfectly working Air Con!! That's a real bonus! The Food (Breakfast was an enough wide selection) and the Dinner (mixed à la carte & sushi) must be stated was amazingly nice cooked, real top quality chef! if you like to dine out or eat in the evenings out just a 10-minute walk is the Ancaran Townsquare with a handful of nice Bars, Italian, Local Speciality Restaurant and so on. ＞All one needs! But the best ist still straight down from the hotel, the small bar on the beach! - So! - most over all I like to mention the feeling being a few days away from home in this place made us really relaxed and the best of the hotel is the people who work there!! - from the welcome reception team to the bar & restaurant staff and the housekeepers - all were at every time friendly and engaged! Overall, the Owner or Manager of this Hotel should be happy to have exactly this team working there now! They are awesome people with a good sense of hospitality! I would try to keep them! From the hotel you can walk in 3-5 minutes to a nice calm, quiet beach with another nice Restaurant and Bar (directly overlooking the Bay of Ancaran, Koper and so on) which was a lovely scenery!). The water was crystal clean and perfect temperature, and each time coming back to the hotel felt simply nice. Having travelled over 100s of times and stayed in 2-5 star hotels all over - this is definitely a place to go back. You just have to know what you are looking for and what kind of entertainment one wants.
