As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

La casa es muy espaciosa. Más espacioso en la cocina. Puedes cocinar tu propia comida. También hay café y té gratuitos para beber en la planta baja. El café no está mal. No se considera que el hotel se limpie durante tres días para los visitantes a corto plazo. La ubicación del hotel es buena, ¡y se le dio una máscara al registrarse! ¡La habitación es un poco pequeña! Reemplace los vasos con artículos desechables. Es comprensible mantener todo simple durante la epidemia, pero la recepción dijo que necesitaban que se les llevara algo a la habitación por teléfono, pero llamaron y dijeron que tenían que bajar a buscarlo.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location directly in the capitol square. It is spotlessly clean and friendly staff. It has a lovely courtyard which sadly we couldn’t use due to the rain. The breakfast is great - good selection of all breakfast fayre. My only small criticism is no tea or coffee making facilities in room but that’s a minor thing. Would definitely recommend.

El Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave es un hotel nuevo, situado en el extremo este de un edificio de apartamentos recientemente construido. Mi habitación estaba sin escena, incluso el horno y la microondas estaban limpios! El desayuno era bueno para un hotel de apartamentos. El hotel está situado en St-Cyprien, justo a lo largo del río Garonne, desde el centro de Toulouse. La zona es muy confortable y está a 200 metros de la estación de metro (junto con tiendas y restaurantes) y la excelente ubicación del hotel es responsable del único problema que me ha encontrado. El Ponte St-Pierre al final de la calle sólo es pedestriano-ciclista entre mayo y octubre, y, el viernes y el sábado noches, hubo un flujo constante de ruido, aparentemente borracho, haciendo una cantidad impresionante de ruido en la calle abajo Hasta que quizás 3 de la mañana, pude mitigar el problema cerrando la ventana, por lo que se me ha revelado un problema menor. (El hecho de que las ventanas estén abiertas fue una característica positiva.) El hotel se ha demostrado ser un excelente lugar para permanecer.

Este lugar se siente como caminar hacia el tiempo de Marie Antoinette ... sin la guillotina. Es de colores suaves, cuchillos y una gran escalera espiral en el centro del lobby. La habitación tenía un decorado para coincidir, con rojos alrededor y paredes paddled. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

El hotel esta muy centrico, al lado de la plaza Capitole. El personal es muy amable. En recepción hay una cafetera de capsulas a disposición de los clientes y en la habitación agua y refrescos en minibar. Tienen parking concertado, 17 euros al día, no está muy cerca pero merece la pena. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, al menos las standard y la cama es un poco pequeña para 2 personas. No es un 4 estrellas convencional pero tiene buena relación calidad/precio, Totalmente recomendable y para repetir si vuelvo a la ciudad.

En el centro de la habitación, el hotel está situado en una zona de apariencia funky, donde la recepción es lo que parece una mesa (no se encuentre en contra de una pared como de costumbre). Muy romántico y inteligente. Nuestra habitación estaba en el piso 6 frente al oeste y los jardines. Nice vista y tranquilo. La habitación es espaciosa, cómoda cama, té/cafe. Y finalmente techo en el piso. El baño está separado del baño que es bueno. Sin embargo, hace ambos un poco pequeño. La base de ducha puede ser liso y no tanto espacio para sus tocadoras. Pero está bien. Hay una parada de metro en la carretera y buses fuera delante. La puerta siguiente es un Subway, McDonalds y un Carrefors. It’s about 10-15 minutes to the Capitole. So a good location. Parking. Drive past the hotel and you will see a big P parking sign that looks like public parking. Go in and within a few meters is the garage for the Mercure.

This hotel looks great on the website and the reviews were positive. However, we found it to be a lot less than it seemed. The room was TINY and dark, with the lights not working in one area. The toilet was so small we left the door open more often than not because it was so claustrophobic. We found one towel in the bathroom and another in the wardrobe but each time the room was made up by the housekeeper, we got only one towel and had to ask reception for another. The little kettle doesn’t boil the water, only heats it a bit. The air conditioner was inadequate. The bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was expensive at €17 per person and manifestly inadequate, the on request scrambled eggs were made with powdered egg mix and items on the buffet were not replaced often enough. Had we known how bad it was before paying in advance, we would have skipped it and found a boulangerie/cafe somewhere else. This is in no way a 4 star hotel.
