問題点の多いホテルです。まず、荷物が重い方はやめた方が良いです。エレベーターから降りても部屋まで何度も階段がありました。カーペットなのでスーツケースを転がしにくいので大変です。力持ちさんには問題ありません。私が宛てがわれた部屋から海は見えず（窓から覗き込めば少し見える）、向かいの造成中の土地ビューでした。チェックインが遅かったからかもしれません。紫外線アレルギーがない方には最適です。お部屋は埃だらけでした。埃で咳が出るほどでした。ハウスダストアレルギーがない方には問題無いと思います。しかし最大の問題点はセキュリティが甘すぎる事です。チェックインの際身元確認の為のパスポート提示が求められません。どんな途上国の安ホテルでも必ずあります。WiFiにパスワードもありません。日本から持参したプラグ変換器が合わなかったので貸出は無いかきいたら街に出て買えと言われました。散歩好きには最適です。近所には売っていないのでタクシーでまあまあかかるスーパーまで買いに行きました。色々な食品等が見られて楽しかったのですが、typeBのケーブルがプラグに直結している物しかなく￡10（その時は約1650円）かなり馬鹿馬鹿しい出費になるので日本で古いタイプのBF対応プラグを買っていった方が良いです。たまたまモバイルバッテリーがBに対応していた為何とかなりましたが、Cやlightningは売切れだったので危険です。前泊のホテルも次泊のホテルも持参したマルチタイプのBFは使えませんでしたがこれは電車移動の際にも使えます。日本のようにそこら中にUSBの差し込み口は無く、その代わりコンセントが沢山あるのでそこからモバイルの充電ができます。水周りは綺麗ですが、シャワーヘッドが159cmのわたしがかなり背伸びして取れる場所にあり、背の低い方には厳しく、手が濡れると温度調整ハンドルは回せますがシャワーハンドルは掴めるところがないので回せません。面倒です。そしてこれは完全に自業自得なのですが、階段が多かった為、疲れ果てて機内持ち込み用ケースを部屋に入れ忘れてしまいました。フロントの男性には電話でも対面でもそんな物は届いていないと突っぱねられ、何だか怪しかったのでハウスキーピングの女性方にもたずねまくり、その後ホテルの写真をタグ付けしてTwitterに己の愚かさの嘆きを投稿したら、防犯カメラについての話題になり、何と、その15分後に見つかった！と部屋まで連絡がありました。誰かが先に見つけて片付けたのがつい10分前に分かった！と取ってつけたように明るく伝えられました。これは…タグ付けに気づいて翻訳されたからかな？と疑ってしまいました。翌々日チェックアウトの際、荷物を預ける時、明確なラゲッジスペースがフロントのすぐ隣にあるのを確認しましたので尚のこと怪しんでしまいました。また預ける時も引き換え券や名前、部屋番号などの確認など一切ありませんでした。余談になりますが、ハサミが必要になった時、フロントの同じ男性に貸して貰えないか聞いたら“セキュリティ上の問題で不可” だそうです。下まで行けば切ってくれるらしいですが、何がセキュリティだよ、と諦めが先に来てやめました。その後彼はなかなかの態度でわたしに無視を決め込んでいたのでそれが余計疑いを呼びました。ケースは開けようとした形跡がしっかり残っていました。アガサ・クリスティ作品のモデルとなったホテルだからと選びましたが、とにかく心身共にタフな方以外には、埃と階段が多いことと、背が高くないと危険すぎるシャワーと、重大なセキュリティ上の問題で、全くオススメ出来ません。ハウスキーピングの方々はフレンドリーで親切です。

真的特別舒適

When we first got to the hotel ,I was kind of asking my self I went was at the right place , as the outside seemed quite out dated , but then I guess the hotel has history , but the inside deco was nice , sometimes it felt like you was going in to Titanic, I found the food to be ok , but limited , the best thing about our room was the view to be honest , the balcony door wouldn't lock at all and doesn't looked like it's ever been fixed like the handles was ready to drop , TV was pretty small considering the size of room , the bed was two singles put together , the table to eat and drink was wobbly that we had to hold one leg with our feet , the bathroom was ok , I guess I expected a lil more , the gym was very small and very limited, but what i will say is the staff was lovely and very polite , for views it's great , only a few minor things need adjusting

Stayed in a sea view room. Sadly it was on the ground floor and had a limited sea view from a building right on the waters edge

Excellent experience from arrival to departure - especially considering the price we paid. Will return for another short break.

Faded charm but totally adorable. Always great service, lovely people and views to die for

was upgraded which was nice , the room was large and had all the normal accessories. unfortunately i was ill and the first night i stayed on top of the bed but when i pulled the sheets back their was a stain and another part a brown faded area on the end of the sheet . i didn’t complain as was not really well enough i slept on the one sheet so didn’t get fully in bed. overall the positioning (views) were outstanding from the dining and lounge areas, and staff were very helpful.

Old fashioned hotel with charm, but a little faded. Helpful staff, good food, room was too warm, but staff were quick to get maintenance to switch off radiator.

There were distinct areas in the Hotel where the heating was not working. Walking through the final door before we got to our room the contrast was very clear. We needed to get a portable heater installed which worked but should not have been necessary.
