Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Vale la pena mencionar que el servicio del jefe es muy bueno. Cuando lleguemos a la estación de autobuses de Wuzhen, haga una llamada y el coche del hotel vendrá a recogerle. El jefe es muy divertido y tiene una buena actitud de servicio. Hay un proyector en la habitación. La calidad es muy clara, y me quedaré aquí la próxima vez, ¡alabanza de cinco estrellas!

El hotel es un antiguo hotel, pero el mantenimiento es muy bueno. El techo del hotel puede ver toda la ciudad de Wu y el paisaje es muy bueno. Cuando la recepción se encarga de la estancia, la recepción también es muy paciente explicar el tiempo de visitas en Xijiang y Dongjiang, el paisaje, etc. El hotel está a cien metros de la zona del panorama de Dongjiang, el océano no está lejos, el precio es alto y se recomienda. El cuarto está en el edificio de abajo, la recepción está en la derecha del hall del hotel de temporada completa, se estima que el bar es un dueño, el cuarto es un monstruo completo, los objetos de la habitación son iguales a la temporada completa, el restaurante comparte con el hotel de temporada completa, por lo que el desayuno es bueno. El estacionamiento interior del hotel es muy grande y el estacionamiento es conveniente. Lo único que no está bien es que no hay muchos hoteles cerca del hotel, y no es muy conveniente comer.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, es muy conveniente ir a todas las atracciones, el restaurante del hotel es bueno y el desayuno es rico. Pero la insonorización de la habitación es normal, y hay un guía de camareros cada cierta distancia, lo cual es muy considerado. La piscina del hotel es muy bonita, la calidad del agua es muy buena, pero no hay zona de aguas poco profundas, la profundidad de 1,6 metros, es un poco profunda para mí. La habitación es una combinación de diseño chino y occidental. El mobiliario de la habitación y la lámpara de noche en forma de lámpara de agua de fuego son muy sensacionales.

The hotel is only 5 mins by walking to East gate of Wuzhen, many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel look very new with morden facilities, spacious room but do not have minibar. Highly recommend. If you are traveller and want to use free hotel wifi , they request for local phone number to receive code to access. I was impressive with the washlet toilet.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Una gran experiencia de viaje. La habitación es muy avanzada, tiene un sentido de calidad, el interior es caliente y el aire acondicionado central. Cuando me fui, conocí a Wuzhen y la nieve en el día. Felizmente, la sellada de la habitación es muy buena, el viento fuera no puede entrar. Las paredes de la habitación son paredes reales, el aislamiento son muy bueno, el sueño es especialmente tranquilo. La cama es muy cómoda, suave y dura y es flexible.
