We had a 10/10 experience. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and the rooms were perfect. The hotel was very clean. The daily breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast buffet also had gluten-free and lactose free options which is great (havent seen this in other hotels) . The pancakes were the best. Everything fresh and tasty. The location was perfect. We will definetely stay here again.

The hotel is not 5 stars by any means the breakfast is poor and not well organised, the wellness area has a broken jacuzzi and you have to request the sauna and steam room to be turned on ! Staff especially in the bar and restaurant are rude and unwelcoming. Go elsewhere.

Best Hotel In Tirana City Albania. The Hotel Employees Are Ever So Welcoming And Friendly. The Hotel Rooms Are Nice And Large And The Bathrooms Too. Food Is Actually Delicious From The Menu In The Hotel Restaurant And Also The View Is Beautiful Aside From A Lake, Location Is Very Good It’s A Couple Of Minutes To The Tirana Zoo And Also Into The City. Perfect Location.

I only stay at Radisson because it's the best, and it's located perfectly near everything. Breakfast is amazing . The staff friendly and quick when I need something. Ready to help always . The view is excellent , it's very clean and there are some of the best restaurants exactly 2 minutes by walking . So it's the perfect choice if you need comfort and good services too .

Wonderful staff, wonderful food. classy hotel. Beautiful pool & terrace, would definitely recommend staying here. Short taxi ride to the centre of Tinana. Some local bars & food places within walking distance.

Excellent hotel with a great view . Nice location near the lake and the rooms also were great. I also tried the restaurant and the food was amazing presented very good by the staff especially one waiter helped us a lot during our stay is name was a bit difficult lol Hergys anyway a good experience overall we will be coming back again

Lovely hotel, well appointed & very clean rooms, 35-45 min walk or a taxi ride to the city centre . Breakfast was very good,there's a lovely roof terrace bar & the outdoor pool was great. Only downsides for us were that the music from the terrace was on till midnight every night and could be heard from our room and the total lack of English speaking tv news channels ,which isnt that major an issue but might be if your visit is to the hotel only .

I visited Radinson for brunch, the food was amazing with a big variety of choices! The staff was so polite Enea provide us a very professional service. And not to forget ro mention the region is really relaxed!

The room was excellent. It was clean, large , well appointed, modern with a great TV. Here is the one complaint. Not one single channel was in English on the TV and off the 100 channels only about 20 worked and I could not even get a solitary English speaking news channel. This is highly unusual for a hotel of this stature. However everything else was so perfect and I had my own TV input with me so that I just watched my own accounts. It made no difference to my stay. The food was superb, nice portions, beautifully presented. Great welcoming and friendly staff who could not do more to be welcoming or help me. I used the leisure facilities and the pool and sauna were great the steam room wasn’t available whilst we were there which was a shame and the hot tub temperature is way to low. The pool however was great. Reception were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more to make my stay pleasant. They arranged taxis and other things for me and I felt very well looked after and would not hesitate to come back for business or pleasure with my family. Thank you and well done.
