I was first put on the first floor when entering the room the smell was awful. I turned the fan on continuous and cracked the window trying to air it out did not work. I requested another room. I was given a room on the third floor with no assistance. Moved to the third-floor, elevator went out. I am a senior, needing knee replacement surgery. I had to go up and down all the steps for two days Sunday morning. The elevator was fixed again no compensation for having to go up and down. The manager seriously lacks customer service , my encounters with him both times I never received any kind of smiles just attitude. Ended up checking out a day early.
