I do not recommend this B&B. The beds are super hard, and very uncomfortable - I did not sleep at all. The decor is from 1970s. There is no breakfast. Worst of all, the owner insists that you call him before you arrive so he can give you directions from Mestre. He keeps you on the phone call with all sort of useless things, which I found out later was because his phone number is a pay-per-minute number (he is getting paid 1 Euro per minute from your call !!!)

I would not recommend it. We paid for the room in January of 2023, and our stay was in June of 2023. We could not understand why he wanted to charge us more for the room when we paid in full through booking .com. why didn't booking .com take the full amount owed? We argued with him. That the room was paid in full back in January. My best guess was the city taxes went up, and he needed to "collect" on those taxes. He refused to let us use his wifi so we could see what was going on with our booking. After 30 min of bickering back and forth. We gave him the damn money, plus extra. He gave us access to the room and to the wifi so we could see our booking. After that mess, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ac, we couldn't open a window because of a roll down shutter on the outside of the window. The bed was a tad softer than the floor. The internet was intermittent. You would get more light if you used a candle. You had to walk down a dark hallway to get to the room. Even our bedroom was dark. Even with no ac he could have offered us a floor fan. We sweated all night. The walls were so thin, you could hear people in the other room. It's right on the highway so you heard the cars and the planes, so that kept you up. I walked in the bathroom and it was a half a roll of toilet paper, and no extra rolls. You also have to step down 2 steps to get into the bathroom. We sent a message to the host through booking. Com about the ac and he never responded. The only way to get back out was using a key at the gate. So technically, he could hold you hostage. There is no place to eat except a pizza place, that was across a busy street. We tried to go in the ****** to walk around, they will not let you. You have to pay 5 euro per person. We were not willing to do that, plus they want your passport. Another deal breaker. We walked out. I must say the pizza place was really good. Technically you can walk to this place from the airport. But it's like walking on a busy highway in the USA with cars doing 50mph or higher. It was intimidating at first. But it's doable.

E Rico was very helpful, he picked us up at the airport even though we arrived late. The room is clean and basic, but very convenient for an overnight before moving on to our next town. He even helped us with bus tickets. We only speak English so his help was welcome.

Convenient to airport. No breakfast. No coffee. No tv. Like a poor motel-6.

Abbiamo dormito una notte data la vicinanza dell'aeroporto. Una casa semplice, intima, con stanze senza lussi ma confortevoli. Perfetto il riscaldamento (stagione invernale) e bagno pulitissimo. Letto grande, armadio capiente e silenzio assoluto. Abbiamo dormito splendidamente. Prezzo vantaggioso e parcheggio interno ultrasicuro. Enrico, il proprietario, una vera enciclopedia su animali, clima e ambiente. Di certo torneremo. Renato e Gianna

Posto accogliente dove il proprietario Enrico rende il soggiorno piacevole ed interessante. Sempre disponibile per il servizio navetta. A soli 200 m. dal Casinò. Il centro di Venezia si raggiunge facilmente in autobus e la fermata si trova proprio davanti!

posizione strategica per visitare venezia o per dormire una notte prima di volare dal marco polo ; facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada ; camere spaziose e pulite , il proprietario ,gentilissimo, ci ha dato istruzioni utilissime per i trasporti pubblici su venezia facendoci già trovare i biglietti per la tratta di andata. cortesia e disponibilità , di meglio non potevamo trovare.
