這家是Hilton下面的slh 到了之後給我們升級了房型（賺到 早餐賊豐盛且好吃（亞洲的湯麪好吃 院子裏有種的瓜果蔬菜 白天可以在傘下面發呆 早上日出之前可以在院子裏看到熱氣球 服務員都超級貼心 會主動補水好評

一看就是老錢風酒店 配置很像其他歐洲國家的luxury resort 房間新 很乾凈 應該是整個區域最好的房間了 選有平台和陽台的 景色超好 房間裏就能看到熱氣球 正對夕陽和遠山 酒店有自己的farm 果園 葡萄園 房間裏用的茶和用品跟Instanbul四季是一樣的 感覺很像老錢家族開的酒店resort

服務熱情，景色優美，房間舒適，設施高端，超棒的一家輕奢酒店。

酒店服務相當良好，有任何問題前台都能解決。有著景觀豐富的酒吧，舒服愜意，能夠度過許多愉快的時間，前台的小姐氣質高雅。

住的Loft套房，超級滿意，除了貴沒有任何毛病，而且第一天我們下錯訂單還幫免費升級了套房，工作人員態度都超級和藹可親，有禮貌和素質

真的超級乾淨 服務也很好 前台給升級了房間 早上能看到特別多熱氣球 很美

Hotel cuidado al detalle, personal súper amable y detallista. Con nuestra peque fueron súper cariñosos. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y el restaurante, de precio algo elevado, pero riquísimo. Cierto que la ubicación no es tan céntrica, pero aún así lo recomiendo al 100%, no elegiría otro si volviera a Capadocia.

Excelente servicio y atencion de todo el personal. La vista es hermosa, el desayuno magnífico y cualquier necesidad que tuvimos fue atendida inmediatamente. La habitación tiene el diseño de una cueva de la zona pero es muy cálida y confortable.

Excelente todo, habitaciones, diseño, terraza, restaurant The Plume, hospitalidad. Las mejores vistas de Goreme, show de globos todas las mañanas…La hospitalidad del personal es superlativa. @Muhammet en The Plume se encarga de que la experiencia sea excelente. Buena bodega internacional y local. Súper recomendable. A 15 minutos caminando del castillo de Ichisar.

We are two couples originally planning a trip to Cappadocia to experience the balloon ride and the surrounding areas .When we arrived we found a magical place covered in snow so no balloon ride. However we found the Ariana hotel delightful , giving us a lovely rest. We found all the staff friendly led by Eli who gave us great suggestions on what we could do in the snow. We certainly would recommend staying at the hotel, it’s well located and as they say, a home away from home

Very good experience, the hotel's location is charming, you can watch both sunrise and sunset. the staff is very helpful and tries to help you and guide you to your interests, they are also very smiley but also professional. It's been really a great experience hear.
