Arrived at the hotel on my check in day & after checking in & paying the deposit was told that there would be no water available from midnight until the following morning. I had to go out to purchase water in case I needed any in the middle of the night. While I was sleeping I was woken up by loud noises from the pipes due to maintenance working on the water issue which kept me up for hours. Upon checking in I also requested a late check out due to a zoom business meeting I needed to attend prior to my departure. I double checked with the front desk in the morning & was told it wasn’t an issue & that the fee was $40 plus tax. I agreed only to find out the next day my credit card had an extra charge if $119.48. When I called the hotel about it the lady who answered told me the charge is $100 plus tax for late check out & that there was nothing she could do for me even though I explained to her what I was told the morning of check out; a completely different price. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. There were pieces of old food & rice on the carpet throughout areas of the room.

Our Room had no hit water and when we advised them of this they had us in a new room with in 30 Mins. Our stay was great, only thing that needs to be changed is the coffee is only available till 11.00am maybe at night for a few hours would be a great idea.

Has a great stay. Hooked us up with parking for a few days and shuttle both ways for airport . Very clean and staff was very helpful and kind.

Very basic hotel. 2-3 star at most. But at least the room is clean. No shuttle bus schedule. Need to call them at the airport for them to send a driver out. Transportation is OK with a Mississauga bus stop right in front for the hotel lobby.

Weird management about credit card. Not everyone have credit card.

Good hotel, helpful staffs, nice restaurant. I booked jacuzzi room, but jet was broken. They offered discount and gave some money back for compensation. I am happy for their consideration and service.

very good, centrally located hotel. just go for it. the bar area is superb.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.

Great time

Very disappointed for the closure of swimming pool during our visit… the gym room is small instead.

The room light a bit dark.

Great stay, not far ftom airport. Great Denny’s restaurant and a bar for a sociable once u arrive.
