It was nice and lovely. The staffs specially receptionists were so polite and friendly

When choosing this hotel, one of the main reason was it stated that parking is free, but when checking in, we were asked to pay £5 per day. Room was old and tired. Bath tub doesn't look clean and really small, night as well provide shower only.

He tenido una buena experiencia en mi alojamiento en el hotel Teddington de Londres. El hotel está situado a unos 40 min de Londres en tren y lo mejor es que la estación de tren está a 5 min del hotel. El hotel está bien conservado, limpio y tranquilo. No hay prácticamente ruido del exterior en las habitaciones ni tampoco del própio hotel. La habitación en la que me hospedé esraba limpia, ordenada y bien coneervada de mobiliario y enseres. El baño muy limpio también y muy bien conservado. La única pega fué la ausencia de servicio de limpieza de habitaciones en mi estancia de cuatro días. Tampoco te sustituyen las toallas usadas ni te reponen el papel higiénico. Estas dos cosas las tienes que pedir si las necestias. Pero a pesar de todo he quedado satisfecho porque el precio compensa los defectos

Not great service. TV was not working - never fixed or communicated to me Smell of sick and chemicals as entered in room Bar closed 11.45pm!

It felt like an institution coming into the room. It was clearly a room for people with disabilities, which is fine, but it was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was musty and had a shower curtain

Another really great stay at Travelodge Teddington. We use it as a base for our trips to Lodon and are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are typical for this type of hotel and always spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is no more than a 5 minute walk to Teddington station for a regular 25 minute journey into Waterloo. Because of its location out of central London the cost is very reasonable for a weekend stay. We are regular visitors and will continue to be at Teddington

We had a lovely 4 nights stay at this Travelodge in Teddington. The customer service was lovely from all staff, especially Melanie and Alma who were very helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was lovely every morning and even though the options are the same daily, the variety available means you can have something different each day. The room was a great size, the TV was a little small for a big family room but it worked. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best on arrival, we had an early check in so may have been a rushed change over of guests. The hotel is just a very short walk to Teddington station which gets you to London Waterloo station in around 40mins. So was perfect to get to the centre and back with ease. The parking isn’t great though. The spaces are very limited and small and the entrance and exit to the upper car park are very narrow, so if travelling in a large/long vehicle it can be an issues. We drive an estate car and it took 2-3 attempts to get the angle right to get off the car park. But over all our stay was great and we will definitely visit again
