It was a great experience in margot hotel they have friendly stuff kety was helpful and friendly i like their food over all their services was great and the rooms with a beautiful view about the clean the hotel was very clean and i will repeat my vist to margot hotel again

This is an opinion about the restaurant (which does not yet seem to have a page). I went there for dinner this week and it was an absolute delight. The view is extraordinary and the food was fantastic !

I stayed here for almost 3 days related to the project, the all are very good. That was nice experience to stay here, rooms are clean, the hotel provides you more of the things and stuff are verry awesome, helpful, meals are very delicious. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful place to stay. Perfect service, beautiful view, delicious food, exceptional interior, cozy rooms. The hotel has the best location, it's near to the metro stations ( app. 5 min walk). The is a supermarket on the opposite side of the rode, which is very comfortable. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Tbilisi.

Бронировала отель через букинг, даже звонила туда и уточняла детали. Мне нужен был определённый номер, в этом отеле он был один, самый дорогой (55 кВ м, с ванной и душевой, террасой, диваном). Забронировала и в брони написала конкретный номер (который мне по телефону сказали) и что звонила. В день заезда приехали, с нас взяли оплату и выдали номер на цокольном этаже, без террасы, без ванны и в разы меньше. На этаже даже неприятно пахло. Мы были шокированы, потребовали наш номер и выяснилось, что он занят. Считаю такое просто обманом!! Я бронировала самый дорогой номер, а мне дали стандартный. В итоге мы сказали, что в таком номере мы оставаться не будем, нам отдали деньги. Нам не предложили никакой помощи, ни трансфер до другого отеля, ни даже чашечку чая или кофе с дороги, спасибо хоть извинились. При этом добавлю, что отель расположен действительно в красивом месте, на берегу реки Кура. Но за эти же деньги, слегка переплатив, мы остались в другом отеле в самом центре города с ванной и террасой.
