The decoration of hotel was good, the quality of breakfast & type of food was OK, but so many thing were not well. First, our room was too small for two persons, second, the lamp of room was burned out until the last day of trip. Safety box didn't work and TV and phone didn't connected, there was no make up table & sofa. The sink of bathroom was not clean and it had a big dirty spot. the ridiculous thing is we had been charged for two bottle of water in check out, the owner of hotel wanted to invited us to test wines most of the time, but we did not accept it cause of charging in check out. Also, this hotel is far from famous places of city. we told them to fix all things most of the time, or change our room. but it was not important for reception and owner.

A friendly staff and close by the main city centre area. Nice breakfast too. The owner of the hotel is frequently available for any feedback making sure guest are well received and welcomed.most of the reception staff are friendly and supportive. They are ready to support you anytime .

We had a wonderful experience in the Hotel Wine Palace. The front desk and all the personal working were very efficient, kind and helpful. All the property is high quality, very clean, and has a fantastic old time charm. We felt like we are were king and queen while we were drinking wine in the open bufe wine cella, generously open for us.

I rarely leave reviews and when I do it is usually to complain, but this hotel deserves a very positive comment or two.
Wine Palace is a super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, the wine room in the cellar was amazing. The rooms are a good size and the beds really comfortable, Breakfast was good.
This is a family hotel and everyone works well together. Although it is a little out of the centre, taxis are so cheap it was about €3 each way to old old town.

That is an exceptional experience which isn’t forgotten, you can have free wines with very polite personal. You have a great access to many facilities in the heart of Tbilisi and I strongly recommend this for any traveler who seek for a memorable vacation.

Спокойное и уютное место, где можно отдохнуть после целого дня, посвящённого исследованию Тбилиси. Расположение удобное, ночью тихо. До площади Свободы можно доехать на такси 4-5 лари через Яндекс такси или на метро/автобусе за 1 лари. Владелец отеля Георгий внимательный и радушный человек, который дорожит семейным делом, отелем и виноделием. Вас не оставят без внимания, помогут в любом вопросе. Поэтому, приезжая в отель, ощущаешь себя Гостем с большой буквы. Номера стильные, есть всё необходимое, кровать удобная. Дизайн каждого этажа отеля уникальный и номера оформлены по разному. В цокольном этаже расположен винный зал, где гостеприимство Георгия не имеет границ. Вкусные завтраки с хорошим кофе, кашей, сырами, салатами, выпечкой, халвой, овощами и фруктами. На ресепшн можно попросить чайник или термос с кипятком, если нужен вечером чай.
