B&B Teatro Greco 39

Firstly this should be a 5* review but the boiler of the apartment was broken and we had to restart it for each shower. We left at 0715 and we couldn't restart the boiler so only had cold water. Not great. Guests also should not be messing with gas boilers that emit a smell of gas !!!!!!!!! They mentioned it was only an issue the week before ( so IMO they should have sorted it ) Anyway ..... if it worked it would be 5* Great location for everything but be advised that you have to walk with your luggage from the Messina Arch, it's up hill slightly but worth noting. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed, we even washed our clothes ! The only thing that would have been useful was a directory of how things worked but we managed just fine. Breakfast is not included in the 2 bed apartment but they provide basics to start you off. There is a bakery through the messina arch which opens daily at 0730 Online it's not that clear that you don't get breakfast in the apartment and the name is B&B .... It is a fantastic apartment but the lack of hot water and needing to deal with boiler issues ourselves has affected our rating We would return though as we're sure it would not be an issue if they switched out the boiler

Great location just off the main street. Smaller room but great balcony with city, sea and Mt. Etna view. Great breakfast served in room. Great service. No lift.

We had a lovely welcome at the B & B and the breakfasts were marvellous. The only downside was the bathroom which was across the entrance hall and not en-suite. There were also a couple of minor problems with the bathroom, like the toilet seat damaged and the plug not working properly in the basin. It is because of the bathroom that we have not given it top ratings. The separate bathroom goes with the request for twin beds, which we needed. Wonderful views from the balcony of Mount Etna,Taormina and the sea. Very centrally positioned and lovely owners and staff. We would recommend this B & B but don't choose twin bedded room.

The view from the room was amazing! We found it slightly strange that we had to go across the communal corridor to access our bathroom, and the room was a little small, but these were the only problems. The breakfast was lovely, too!

What a beautiful apartment! Spotless, central location. The apartment has two airconditioned bedrooms (we requested one to made as a twin), both accessing a long narrow balcony with tables/chairs and a view of the sea, town and Mount Etna that is out of this world. Plus small kitchen, bathroom x1, lounge. Also, a lovely tray of breakfast goodies, and milk/juice/fruit in the fridge. Also, great communication with Alessia. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We had a greate time . The hotel had a good service. We miss breakfast with egg/ bacon and ordnary bread. The room had fantastic view and a very nice balcony. The rom had a terrible mold smell tho😑. Linda og Per Inge

We have stayed here for the second time, renting the apartment and two single rooms this time. We we're all on same floor across from each other. Very spacious, clean, great location and views. Short distance to Greek amphitheater, plenty of little shops along the street.

Is very good cleaning and very good ubicación we loved

The view was stunning and the place is very well situated. Room clean and modern with a very nice breakfast served on your private balcony. This was lovely but at the time of year we went a little chilly… the drawback of this place was the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom. The room often smelt musty and damp as a result. If this was fixed it would be much better!
