Serendipity Lakes and Resorts

Poor service. No one received us on our arrival and were said to park our cars to the parking area. Guys you are charging a 5 star fee and giving a zero star treatment. Rooms service was always late and came only after two calls. Cake served was horrible. Overall food at your place was good. Front desk guys weren’t cooperating.

Stay was pleasant and the food was good. Must visit. Scenic place and got very beautiful lake with lovely white ducks….. staff was also very humble and polite.. great hospitality experience…. Would definitely visit again in future… best wishes

It was the best escape from the heat and noiseof the city.The entire experience was magical as we got so ***y surprises ***** the way .. like an exhilarating trek culminating with a delicious breakfast spread and soothing view of the hills ., an evening witnessing the ***y colors and flavors of village life and so much more. The staff is so hospitable that it never felt as though we were away from home infact the only motive of the people there is to make your trip the most memorable one. loved it!!

The place is excellent. Have visited it thrice, once for just a staycation and then for wedding. Both the times, the experience was really good. The food there had an awesome taste plus the variety of foods was good too. Would like to add the hospitality of all the staff members was a 10/10.

Excellent place to relax , rewind and revive. We had a fantastic reunion of our GMC Nagpur 85 batch with almost 90 batchmates participants. The ambience, food and hospitality was simply awesome. We experienced no difficulties in the entire event of 2 days. The staff is very co-operative and always ready to serve with a smile. We all had an awesome time at the Serendipity lakes and resorts Tamiya and would strongly recommend it to all looking out for a destination to organize such get together.

Once you will reach the Reception and make the payment, immediately they will show you a menu asking for High tea in Morning or Dinner with Tribal dance. This is the Trap. Say no straight other wise you will loose 5000/- within a second. Description of Dinner with Tribal Dance: First they will tell you that by 3.30 you have to confirm about the Dinner with tribal dance. They will fascinate you about the same. At 6.30 evening they will tell you to follow and they will let you drive for 10 km in dark. Then they will take you to a village where there is no electricity. They will make you walk for 5 minutes in dark on a uneven field. After walking for 5 minutes you will reach a house which is made of mud and 1 table with 4 chairs is kept at corner. 2 women will be making chapatis on wood. Its pathetic, i regret why i went there. its very unsafe for women at night.

Serindipity Lakes Resort Tamia is the best place for family vaccination in central India. It’s surrounded by nature and mountains. Very good staff specially we would like to thanks Mr Arjun katkar for his great behaviour and F&B services also he provided all information and guided for nearby activities like Hill top breakfast and High tea. Mountain High tea arrangements are really nice by Serindipity staff. Also we would like to mention Mr Bhau for his nice jester for clicking our family pictures during high tea.

For the tariff being charged one expects atleast a 4 star property the photos posted are highly exaggerated and the resort is a so so destination all amenities promised are either closed or under maintenance, further I booked the place 10 days before my trip but there was no disclosure that there is a wedding at the resort the entire place was filthy zero maintenance and the staff was clueless, coming to food it was spicy as hell and the chef had no clue about what he was cooking. All in all 1 star and that too just because it is a pet friendly resort and my dogs atleast had a decent time. 40000/- down the drain
