Hotel enorme con varios restaurantes, un centro comercial de tres plantas, una gran piscina, gimnasio bien equipado... La verdad es que es lujoso, de aspecto clásico, y agradable, con buen trato del personal en todo momento. Hay dos restaurantes en los que puedes desayunar, con una amplia variedad de opciones en ambos casos y un servicio excelente. El personal de conserjería también es excelente, al igual que el resto del personal. Nuestra habitación era cuádruple, muy grande y con dos estancias diferenciadas, además de un cómodo baño con inodoro inteligente. Muy buena opción.

La experiencia general del alojamiento es buena. La ubicación es excelente. Está a solo 10 minutos de la estación principal de Taipei y a 10-15 minutos de Ximen. Ambos lados están muy cerca y se puede llegar a ellos caminando. Es muy conveniente. Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas. El hotel también recuerda que ya no se proporcionan artículos desechables. Debe traerlos usted mismo o comprarlos en el mostrador. La habitación está limpia, pero debe registrarse en el mostrador con anticipación para la limpieza de la habitación. Lo cual es un poco incómodo, pero está bien. En general, realmente una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. En primer lugar, la ubicación es súper buena, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la salida 4 de XiMenDing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close walk to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT station for transportation (just need to figure out the right exit to enter or exit the station), walking distance to Ximenting for shopping, there are lots of eateries nearby, Chengzhong Market (城中市场 translate to Market in the city), a local market, is walking distance with lots of local food stalls. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quite spacious with some longish siting area. There is no common area to work though. We booked 2 types of room for our group. Share Studio and Classic Twin. The Share Studio comes with 4 single beds, no window, but spacious. However, the toilet ergonomics not so good as there is no space to place toiletries in the shower cubicle except on the floor. 1 bit towel and a small towel are provided for, together with 2 paper cups for each bed. Each bed has a luggage storage area under the bed, a lockable drawer, and a small compartment for storing things. Each bed comes with a small retractable desk with its own light at the foot of the bed. The Classic Twin has better ergonomics in the toilet, and has windows to get ventilation (if needed). This room is considered more premium than the Share Studio, it comes with tea and coffee, and ceramic cups. In each room a water jug is provided for, and at least 2 water stations are available on each floor. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

Dear Doubletree by Hilton Taipei, I would like to offer my compliments to your dedicated team for our very enjoyable stay in your hotel from 3-7 June 2024. We stayed in rooms 1203 and 1205 and the reservation was made under Ms Erica Tan. I had stayed in some 5 star hotels such as Shang Ri La Singapore, Westin Singapore, Ritz Carlton Singapore, Kempinski Xiamen to name a few but my stay in Doubletree by Hilton Taipei was one of the most comfortable and pleasant. The check in by the warm and friendly reception staff was efficient and smooth. When my daughter accidentally dropped one of the delicious welcome Hilton cookies on the floor, the reception staff quickly replaced it with a warm smile. When my daughter teared after knowing that there isn’t a swimming pool in the premise, your reception staff, Tina, immediately walked up to us with a map and suggested that we can go to a nearby swimming pool facilities. Tina also gave us some excellent food suggestions. We had a very satisfying and affordable meal at the Michelin recommended Ji Jia Zhuan ( 鸡家庄）, thanks to her recommendation :) Whenever we return to the hotel from a day of sightseeing, the reception team on duty never failed to greet us in a warm and friendly manner. We felt genuinely welcomed:) The modern Japandi style rooms and bathrooms are kept in an excellent condition and feel brand new. We especially like how bright, airy and spacious the rooms are. Kudos to the housekeepers ( Ms Cai Xiu Hui 蔡秀慧阿姨) on level 12 who kept our rooms 1203 and 1205 so clean and comfortable. They always chat amicably with us and confirmed with us if we need any housekeeping service. The TV entertainment system with its 47 channels ( including TLC, Discovery) , Netflix, YouTube and IQiYi really impressed us. The semi buffet style daily breakfast sets ( Chinese, Japanese and Western) are healthy and delish and we really looked forward to breakfast every morning. We hope that Chinese baos （包子）and dim sum pastry such as you tiao ( 油条、蛋饼）can also be offered in future when we next pay a visit to your hotel :) We would also like to thank your reception staff and housekeepers who helped my mom who stayed in room 1205 on 6 June when the toilet encountered some flushing issues. My mom had approached the reception staff at around 4 pm on 6 June and the very helpful male reception staff accompanied her to her room and helped remediate the problem along with the housekeeper. She was very impressed by how efficient and friendly your staff were. All in all, your team has done a great job in our stay. Their service attitude are genuine and warm :) My daughter enjoyed her stay so much that she kept remarking she would like to extend our stay to 2 more weeks:) We hope you will pass on the compliments to your team and the staff we named, as a gesture of our appreciation.

Hermoso hotel con una historia interesante. La comida aquí es muy cara, así que comería fuera. Me gusta que tengan transporte desde y hacia el hotel hasta la estación de metro durante todo el día. El gimnasio está en un edificio separado, y también tienen un servicio de transporte para llevarte allí (aunque es más fácil caminar 10 minutos hasta allí). Tal vez porque es un edificio antiguo (que ha sido muy bien renovado) y tengo un sentido del olfato sensible, pero la habitación tiene un ligero olor a aguas residuales de las tuberías. Me ofrecieron otra habitación en el mismo piso, pero allí también podía olerlo. Tuve el mismo problema en mi departamento cuando vivía en Taiwán hace muchos años. En general, fue genial quedarse allí solo porque es tan hermoso. ¡Y conseguí una buena oferta en una habitación en Trip.com!

Room is clean and nice, staff is friendly and helpful and location is good. It is just about 3 mins walking distance to Shilin Night market, with a few 7 eleven and family marts in different corner. It’s better to book higher floor to see the view.
