It is better than expected and a nice hotel. Lots of social areas inside, etc on level 1, a gaming room with tables so people can hang out and eat. The room designs are modern and super clean! Honestly the housekeeping team do a great job and reception are helpful. For those who are staying for a while - there are no washing machines or dryers in rooms so you must cash out your money and convert to coins to use the machines in the Laundry room on Level 1 ($4 per cycle).It’s also right next to the shopping centre where you can walk across etc Coles. Lots of parking available ($10 extra per day btw). Amenities topped up each day with extra water bottles & daily express cleaning done by housekeeping too. There’s also a bbq area on rooftop level & forgot to mention - in rooms you can completely hear conversations in the hallways. If you don’t like noise just keep in mind you will hear people talking outside your door💀 Also the pictures are of the Queen Bed Room. But either way would say it’s pretty good staying here and would definitely recommend.

En primer lugar, este hotel está perfectamente situado para viajeros de negocios a los Centros de negocios de Macquarie Park. El hotel está a 5 minutos de oficinas, Centro de Macquarie y estaciones de tren. Absolutamente perfecto para mi viaje de trabajo. Había algunos positivos. Las habitaciones están bien, completamente lo que usted esperaba de un hotel de negocios. La cama estaba cómoda, había una TV que nunca usé, espacio para colocar el equipaje y colgar sus ropas, una mesa y una silla, etc. Pero se desciende de la colina. Enumero los negativos 1 por 1: 1. Un perro tenía un olor muy fuerte que vino de él. Huele como un mal BO. Letrealmente tuve que mover el perro en el cubo porque no podía resistir el olor. No obstante, esto significaba que podía oler este olor de amargo cada vez que llegué a la habitación y salía de ella. 2. 1 de las toallas de baño que se proporcionaban tenía un gran agujero/tear en ella. 3. El mantenimiento de la casa hizo un error y no proporcionaba champú, sino 2 condicionadores. Lo suficientemente fácil, llamé a la recepción y dijeron que debía bajar a la recepción para conseguirlo yo mismo. Bien, se desciende y se le dio 1 botella de champú. Me volví arriba a duchar sólo para ver que el champú dado estaba preabierto/pre-utilizado. Terrible. Después de la ducha, me volví a hablar con otro recepcionista que era disculpa y me dio 2 botellas de champú. 4. En mi segundo día, me di cuenta de que no había entrado la custodia, así que me bajé para hablar de nuevo a la recepción y se le dijo que debido a la COVID, sólo hacen la custodia después del tercer día de su estancia que lo hizo nullo y vacío para mí. 5. El centro de fitness era adecuado, pero no llenaron las toallas y no limpiaron las toallas usadas regularmente. El tercer día, el armario estaba lleno y mi toalla anterior estaba sentado en la misma posición que yo lo había dejado. Si se preocupaban tanto por el COVID, tendrían más limpieza regular de áreas públicas como el gimnasio y el salón donde un vaso y una taza vacíos se fijaron para 3 días enteros. La falta de limpieza en las zonas públicas es inaceptable para mí en la industria de la hospitalidad ahora.

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.

Everything went well. We were provided with the twin bed room as specified in our booking, with no unexpected surprises like being given a king bed, which we did not want.. Stayed for 3 nights. Amenities were of good quality. Service was not bad, was attended to immediately at the entrance by the bell boy who handed our luggages with enthusiasm. Was also allowed early checked in as our room was ready when we arrived.

It was a very comfortable stay throughout my trip. Location was perfect, within walking distances to Chinatown, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, bus stops and Light Rail stations. Room was very spacious and clean. Gym is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Recommended.

Have always been staying there. Good place especially d counter staff on 4 Jun 24 @ 1715pm. Always helpful ...takes d extra mile to ensure We were comfortable with our stay. Both duty staff. A lady n gentlemen. Thank you n Great Job.

La ubicación es inviable. Es en el medio de la CBD y a sólo 10 minutos a pie a la circular Quay. No nos quedamos en la habitación del patrimonio, en cambio, elegimos la sala de torre. TBH, esperamos un diseño interior más agradable. El mobiliario nos dio un sentimiento IKEA. Fullerton en Singapur y HK se hace muy bien. La habitación es limpia y las damas de limpieza eran muy agradables y amables. El desayuno también era bueno. En general, el personal era muy bueno.

He estado aquí 4 noches, pero no tengo ningún cama para hacer o limpiar la habitación, sólo conseguir una toalla nueva y cambiar el saco de bin, Para el gel de champú y ducha o papel de tejido ,liquido de lavavajillas, necesito pedir desde el escritorio de reserva por mí mismo, No sé que es normal aquí o la dama del personal de limpieza es muy lazy o lo ignoro. He oído el sonido de la sirena toda la noche, el sonido es pobre. Sugiero usar plugs de orejas cuando duermes, El buen punto de este hotel es la ubicación que está cerca del metro. El hotel está bien situado.

Este es nuestro segundo alojamiento en el Song Hotel y eso es porque encuentro todo lo que hay aquí es tan bueno para el dinero y las habitaciones son tan cómodas. La habitación era muy confortable, el baño era enorme, todo era limpio y agradable, teníamos todo lo que necesitamos para tener dos noches muy cómodas. Hands down worst nights sleep Ive ever had away from home. I arrived late from an interstate flight. The code I was given to get into the front door didn’t work. I tried half a dozen times. It was night, I was a solo small female and tbh I was starting to feel a little scared. Fortunately someone walked out of the building and let me in. The code to key collection worked and I went upstairs to my room. Now if u have heavy luggage this is not the place for you. Think European hotels with no lifts! Same same! The room itself was nice. Bathroom and toilet are not part of your room. It’s a seperate room. For everyone! Shared. That’s fine unless you get a case of bali belly! I guess this is all due to the age of the building. Renovated and lovely mind you. Problem I had is the bathroom was the door next to my bedroom and with a two inch gap under my door my room was excessively noisy with the opening and banging of all doors and especially the bathroom. That door was on constant rotation. Then I could hear the shower going. All up I think I got no more than 2-3 hours sleep. Only choice is bring ear buds or the hotel should provide them complimentary! Worst night sleep I’ve had in any hotel across the globe. Room was very clean, as were the amenities, staff seemed lovely. In daylight area felt fine. I suspect rather alternative and trendy bring a non Sydneysider myself. At the price and cleanliness I’d recommend but bring good quality ear buds!
