Loved the vibe at W Sydney – stylish rooms, great service, and an unbeatable location. The rooftop pool was a highlight. Would definitely stay again.

The room and the hotel is very good, facility is 5 stars and service is top notch. However, some of the rooms are facing the highway and located next to the highway, would recommend requesting for higher floor if you’re sensitive to noise.

W Sydney is the best hotel among the all I have visited in Australia so far. Almost everything is perfect, food, services, location, facilities, swimming pools, all of them! If I have to pick one thing which is not excellent, is that the previous customer left some finger prints on the TV that wasn't being and some dust in air you can see while turning on the lights in the walk-in.  Otherwise, best in the best!

The location is great . Room is clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic in wet deck. We enjoy our time w Sydney. Surely we will come back again.

Customer Service is amazing. Everyone I met is amazing, including front desk, in room dining, and bars at levels 3 and 29. We enjoyed fireworks with desserts and cocktails at Bar in level 3. It was a great experience indeed. The hotel room is very spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is the indoor poolthe water is so cold.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Hotel staff are friendly. Great hotel to stay at if you are visiting with family - Great location.

Great stay at W hotel! We stayed at wonderful room and they gave us upgrade to Darling Habour view. Receptionist was very kind and check in was super fast! Bathroom had nice cozy bathtub and bedding was good too.

I did tell W Hotel staff last month that I would come back and here I am! This time I booked city view room instead of the harbour view. I still love the atmosphere, nice and quiet. They accommodated my request, so grateful. The room really tidy and clean. Thank you W Hotel. I would definitely come back!

This is our second time staying at this hotel however the hotel room that they gave us was not the same as the photo and honestly it was quite disappointing as it was very small and not what you expect from a five star hotel. Due to the public holiday the occupancy levels are also very high which meant that the line for the breakfast was insane and we had to wait a long time to get our eggs ordered and delivered. They do have a pool however it is sent me door on the roof of the Building and honestly it is just too cold to swim otherwise the day was otherwise okay. We came back because our stayed the first time was quite good however I probably will not be returning as it has a very suboptimal location.

W Sydney hotel provided good service, is near the darling harbour

Excellent experience! W Sydney I recently stayed at W Sydney for 6 nights and the overall experience was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and professional, taking care of every guest in detail and making everyone feel at home. The room design is very modern and has a wide view. The room I stayed in faced the night view of Darling Harbour, and it felt like I was in a painting every night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well soundproofed, so I had a very good rest at night. The hotel facilities are also commendable: the infinity pool on the top floor is so amazing that it is a must-visit; the gym is well equipped and the environment is clean and bright. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is efficient. The location is also excellent, within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and Pitt Street shopping areas, which is very convenient for travel and entertainment. Overall, W Sydney is a high-quality stay experience, highly recommended for travelers who value design, service quality and convenient location. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Sydney!
