“Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Guam! The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

Sin embargo, el hotel es muy viejo, el suelo del balcón se ha desaparecido y se ha crecido en todo el mundo 💦 Lo que no me gusta más es que hay muchas barras en el piso de la sala de estar ｡｡｡ Esto es muy presión. Hay instalaciones como lavar el pelo, pero los toallas son sólo toallas y no hay ropa interior. La presión de agua en los filtros es débil, y a veces el agua caliente se fluye ligeramente. El personal de la recepción es muy agradable, y algunos no son amigables. El precio es barato, así que me gustaría saber si el color 々 no funciona.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. El hotel alberga muchos eventos dentro del hotel para mantener a los huéspedes entretenidos y sirven una experiencia de cena de estilo Chamorro cada otro día. En la playa delante de la playa no es limpio, aunque puedes cayar a las islas pequeñas delante del resort donde puedes ver mucho pez. La ubicación está lejos del centro de la ciudad, así que tendría que tomar el autobús de navegación por 30 minutos para llegar al centro de la ciudad, o 15 minutos en coche. I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Mi segunda vez (la primera fue la última de abril de 2025) A pesar de que todavía hay mucha gente que se apasionan, todavía me encanta este hotel. El oficial del frente es muy acogedor y amigable. El lugar de este hotel es maravilloso. Voy a visitar guam pronto y volveré a elegir esto.

좀 오래되었어요. Good ppints도 많고 swimming pool 이쁘고 kind들 하시고 but restroom이 좀 very old 해요. 그건 revise나 provision이 많이 필요해요. 특히 shower room bottom floor이 좀 dirth한 feeling. 한국인들은 bidet 필수라 그거만 있어도 큰 better이 될 듯해요

El hotel me dio un buen tiempo. El personal era muy amable y útil, así que me sentí bienvenido desde el momento en que llegué. Las habitaciones estaban a tiempo y bien equipadas, y la ubicación era perfecta para la vista en la ciudad. El desayuno buffet fue fresco y excelente con una variedad de menús.

Average hotel. Good enough for the price. Conveniently located near shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby.
