I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

El Hyatt Regency Resort es un lugar fantástico para alojarse en Guam. Puedes planificar unas vacaciones de tres o cuatro días para relajarte y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece. El resort ofrece instalaciones impecables con increíbles comodidades en cada una de sus habitaciones y suites, bellamente decoradas. Puedes reservar con antelación para elegir las habitaciones con las mejores vistas al mar. Me alojé en la habitación 1205, desde donde puedes disfrutar de toda la playa, la piscina y las puestas de sol todos los días. ¡El balcón era un lugar increíble para relajarse! Este hotel es una buena opción si viajas con niños, ya que se divertirán en las diferentes piscinas. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias. El personal es amable y ofrece un servicio excelente. El desayuno está incluido y la comida del hotel es realmente deliciosa.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The hotel local has a very good location accessible to a lot of restaurants. The room is clean and the pool and beach amenities are very beautiful. We will definitely come back!

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!
