We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Hotel situado entre universal y Disney. El autobús gratuito es el autobús muy ocupado. El desayuno del hotel es muy básico y decepcionante. No hay muchas opciones. Las habitaciones están decoradas modernas, sin embargo, algunos problemas. El hotel tiene un buen servicio de la habitación y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio con el hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

En el hotel, el hotel de la ciudad de Gales se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños. La señora americana africana en la mesa delantera con los ponytails y los gafas (nunca tiene su nombre) no quería el dinero y no me dejaría hablar con el gerente. La habitación tenía pinturas de aceite en las paredes y el teléfono en mi habitación no funcionó. El desayuno estaba bien. Sausage era la única carne. No hay bacon ni nada. Y el estacionamiento fue $110 por 4 noches. Entonces quería comprobar un día temprano y se me dijo por el turno de la noche que mientras yo dejara a las 11 de la mañana siguiente, no me pagaría. Cuando intenté comprobar a las 8:30, una vez más, la misma mujer americana africana estaba trabajando y actuando como si tuviera que obtener permiso del gerente. Ella se fue a llamarle, así que no pude oír lo que dijo y luego volvió a decir que sólo podía dejar una noche temprana en mi reserva. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También, cuando los llamaste, antes, durante y después de mi viaje, se tomó alrededor de 6 horas llamar de vuelta antes de que alguien se acoplara el teléfono. Incluso cuando estaba allí y mi teléfono de habitación no funcionó, siguí llamando y tuve que caminar por abajo la primera noche para decirles acerca de las pinturas de aceite en mi pared y el teléfono no funciona, porque no quería ser cargado por ella. Ella dijo que sabía que el papeleo se iba a reemplazar. He estado allí tres veces y después de esta hora, no volveré. Esta mujer era la única con una actitud fea.

¡Gran hotel! ¡Personal muy acogedor y proactivo! Muy buen rango horario para salidas y llegadas. Servicio de transporte gratuito tanto a EPCOT (no probado, pero desde este parque es posible ir a Magic Kingdom a través del súper práctico monorraíl) como a Universal Studios. Los horarios son de madrugada para llegar y empezar lo antes posible la apertura. Por último, el hotel está muy cerca de Universal Studios, muy conveniente para regresar potencialmente en taxi u otros medios y disfrutar de las numerosas tiendas y entretenimiento por la noche.

La piscina era genial, me encanta la televisión grande en la habitación, excelente precio.

Desde el aeropuerto MCO hasta el hotel, el viaje en autobús dura aproximadamente una hora y media y cuesta $2 por persona. Un taxi tarda unos 30 minutos y cuesta unos $25. Los autobuses de Orlando también van directamente a los dos centros comerciales outlet y a SeaWorld, lo cual es muy práctico. Tomar un Uber del hotel a Disneyland cuesta entre $20 y $30 por trayecto. La habitación tiene dos ambientes. Las desventajas son que la iluminación es un poco tenue, la presión del agua de la ducha no es muy fuerte y no hay agua embotellada. Las ventajas son que hay un microondas y una nevera, ¡lo cual es fantástico! El primer día, fuimos al Walmart cercano a comprar verduras y pollo asado, ahorrando mucho en comida. Una señora de la limpieza viene a sacar la basura todos los días, y el hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte a Universal Studios, lo que nos ahorró aún más dinero. El hotel también tiene piscina y gimnasio (dos cintas de correr, una elíptica y una máquina de poleas), ¡y por la noche está completamente vacío! En resumen, alojarnos en el Rosen Inn durante 7 noches, ir a Disneyland un día, a Universal Studios dos días y visitar dos outlets fue bastante económico. Nos ahorramos la molestia de cambiar de hotel y la relación calidad-precio fue muy buena. ¡Muy recomendable! 👍

Este hotel, buena ubicación, el servicio también es muy bueno, el personal sonriente, el desayuno se considera bueno en un cierto nivel, el único abajo es que la habitación en la matrícula y el baño tiene un pequeño cocodrilo. El hotel está renovado, pero algunos no terminan la habitación, hay una parte vieja y hay cachorros que viven en ella.

La verdad nos fue bastante bien, el lugar bastante limpio, los muebles requieren una actualización, las camas super cómodas y todo ok. El desayuno es el mismo todos los días, pero cumple, es decir, recibes lo que pagas. Estoy esperando la devolución del deposito de garantía, sigue pendiente.

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
