Perfect for visiting Universal! We liked the breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in staff were very professional. All in all a very pleasant experience!

¡Gran hotel! ¡Personal muy acogedor y proactivo! Muy buen rango horario para salidas y llegadas. Servicio de transporte gratuito tanto a EPCOT (no probado, pero desde este parque es posible ir a Magic Kingdom a través del súper práctico monorraíl) como a Universal Studios. Los horarios son de madrugada para llegar y empezar lo antes posible la apertura. Por último, el hotel está muy cerca de Universal Studios, muy conveniente para regresar potencialmente en taxi u otros medios y disfrutar de las numerosas tiendas y entretenimiento por la noche.

La ubicación es muy buena, frente a Icon Park. La habitación estaba limpia, que es el punto más importante. El desayuno era como cualquier desayuno en otros hoteles.

Este hotel, buena ubicación, el servicio también es muy bueno, el personal sonriente, el desayuno se considera bueno en un cierto nivel, el único abajo es que la habitación en la matrícula y el baño tiene un pequeño cocodrilo. El hotel está renovado, pero algunos no terminan la habitación, hay una parte vieja y hay cachorros que viven en ella.

El servicio de habitaciones está disponible todos los días y el ambiente es bueno. La ubicación es bastante remota, lo que la hace más adecuada para quienes viajan en coche. Hay una parada de autobús al lado, pero solo pasa uno y está lejos de la ciudad.

¡En general, la estancia fue cómoda! Había un restaurante justo al lado, así que no tuvimos problemas para comer, y también nos gustó mucho poder pasar por un bar local a unos cinco minutos andando. Sin embargo, fue un poco decepcionante no poder utilizar el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Como en la información se indicaba que el servicio estaba disponible, me decepcionó mucho. Al final, usamos Uber y llegamos al aeropuerto en unos 10 minutos. Puede que solo fuera que el conductor no estaba disponible, así que es mejor llamar para confirmar antes de ir.

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

El hotel es viejo si, es muy grande por eso. Tiene parking gratis. La gente que verás aquí, es gente más humilde ( también por su precio económico) en la habitación verás los muebles viejos y la limpieza podría ser mucho mejor. Pero para mi sorpresa, la cama es cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Por suerte no me encontré ningún “ animalito “ y eso hace más fácil mi estancia aquí. Tampoco es ruidoso a pesar de que haya tanta gente. La ubicación si estás más en medio “ de la nada “ pero está bien. Y es con tasas incluido así que bien, depósito te piden 100€. PARA LLEGAR Y SOLO DORMIR, esta bien.

I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.
