El servicio de entrada y salida fue rápido y eficiente. La habitación era limpia y el servicio de navegación al aeropuerto fue muy apreciado. Gracias.

Solo una parada. No pasa nada. Cabe mencionar que el pasillo no da a una pared, sino a ventanales con cortinas. Es un poco ruidoso y me hace sentir inseguro.

I stayed here with a friend to visit Universal. The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail. There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult. The return shuttle from Universal to the hotel was at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early for us, so we took a city bus instead. It was only $2, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient. The staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay.

I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.

Reservé un hotel para visitar Universal Studios y me costó alrededor de $8 tomar un taxi hasta Universal Studios, que está a 10 minutos en auto. La decoración es antigua, como la de un hotel de tres estrellas en China hace 20 años, pero la habitación es muy espaciosa y la higiene es buena. El único problema es que no tienen agua potable, pero hay máquinas expendedoras en la planta donde se puede comprar. Hay desayuno gratuito, pero la variedad es muy sencilla, sólo pan, pasteles, gofres y similares, pero está bien para llenar el estómago, pero ¿para qué quieres una bicicleta a este precio? ¡Recomendado!

Este hotel, buena ubicación, el servicio también es muy bueno, el personal sonriente, el desayuno se considera bueno en un cierto nivel, el único abajo es que la habitación en la matrícula y el baño tiene un pequeño cocodrilo. El hotel está renovado, pero algunos no terminan la habitación, hay una parte vieja y hay cachorros que viven en ella.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de la autopista y fácil de encontrar. Sin embargo, el hotel es bastante antiguo; los ascensores suben temblorosos. Las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación son de las antiguas de insertar y no funcionaron dos veces seguidas, por lo que tuvimos que ir a recepción para que nos dieran otra. La habitación es espaciosa, pero las instalaciones son anticuadas. Por el rango de precio, supongo que es lo que se puede esperar. Lo más importante: la ”lanzadera gratuita al aeropuerto” que se menciona en la descripción de las instalaciones del hotel fue cancelada hace tres meses. No lo tengan en cuenta al reservar, ya que nosotros nos sentimos engañados al elegir este hotel precisamente por esa razón.

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

El hotel es viejo si, es muy grande por eso. Tiene parking gratis. La gente que verás aquí, es gente más humilde ( también por su precio económico) en la habitación verás los muebles viejos y la limpieza podría ser mucho mejor. Pero para mi sorpresa, la cama es cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Por suerte no me encontré ningún “ animalito “ y eso hace más fácil mi estancia aquí. Tampoco es ruidoso a pesar de que haya tanta gente. La ubicación si estás más en medio “ de la nada “ pero está bien. Y es con tasas incluido así que bien, depósito te piden 100€. PARA LLEGAR Y SOLO DORMIR, esta bien.
